Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Au Pré d'Asnières Gîte

Facing the river, in a small village located 2 km from the Loire, our cottage allows you to be 12 minutes from Angers, 35 km from Saumur, the zoos of La Flêche, Doué-la-Fontaine as well as Terra Botanica are about 30 minutes away. You will be on the circuit of the Loire castles, and you can discover the vineyards of Anjou. Shops nearby in the village (300 m). Our cottage in a bucolic and rural setting, is a place completely renovated for your comfort, a real haven of peace!

Located in the countryside 400 m from the Loire, on the Loire bike circuit (50 m) between Angers and Saumur. Independent accommodation adjoining our residential house Ground floor: 1 main room of 40 m2, with equipped kitchen, dining area, TV lounge area 1 laundry room, toilet Pleasant terrace, enclosed garden, garden shed Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed of 140 x 200, 1 Bathroom + WC Bathroom linen and bed linen provided, bed Childcare equipment available upon request.

Enjoy the banks of the Loire for walking or cycling, explore the surrounding villages and discover the rich local heritage. After a day of discovery, relax in a warm and soothing atmosphere.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)
