NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

We are a family of six with a lovely dog currently 20 chickens and 2 running ducks!!I There is a large vegetable garden and a small biotope as well as a trampoline, a slide, sandbox and a treehouse on the property.
