Casa Melograno (IUN Q0061)

Casa Melograno is a house on three floors with a lovely small garden at the back. There is a spacious kitchen on the ground floor and on the first floor are the living-room (that could as well be used as a bedroom) and bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible via a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated and has many cosy spaces. It is not suitable for young children under 6 years old as the stars have no banister and there is a ladder to the top floor bedroom.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Bright open space perfect for 2 people composed of living room-kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine-sleeping area with double bed, comfortable front courtyard and private back garden. Near the center and close to all services. The area of Cabras offers a remarkable variety of landscapes and many activities, its pond is the largest in Sardinia, its seas are among the most beautiful in the region (the waters there, are #NoFilter emerald). The city of Oristano is a few miles (3Km)!
