Holiday rentals with a balcony in S-chanf

Beautiful chalet tucked away in a peaceful town, but still close to several towns and never too far from restaurants. Host was very responsive and helpful, and the chalet I felt was much better than the pictures. Would stay here again

Eine sehr gemütliche und ruhige Wohnung mit einer bombastischen Aussicht. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und haben es in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles war sauber und die Küche super ausgestattet. Der Check-In war auch super unkompliziert. Etwas kleines zu erwähnen gibt es jedoch. Das Doppelbett ist leider nur 140cm und das obere Bett beim Kajütenbett im anderen Zimmer nur für ein Kind geeignet. Für drei Erwachsene sind die Schlafgelegenheiten somit etwas begrenzt (wenn nicht zwei davon ein Paar sind). Wir haben uns darum erlaubt das Bettsofa im Wohnzimmer zu benutzen. So war es dann perfekt. Wir würden sicher wieder kommen!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Skiurlaub! Die Unterkunft war hierfür optimal mit perfekter Aussicht. Die Skigebiete in der Umgebung waren auch sehr gut zu erreichen.

war sehr schön in Madulain

Tolle Gastgeber, die uns gute Empfehlungen zum wandern gegeben haben. Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön im Hang mit einem tollen Ausblick. Sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft ganz hinten in Silbertal, viel Platz (wir waren aber auch 'nur' 16 Personen, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, große Küche und schöner Wohnbereich, Supermarkt im Ort, Kristbergbahn fast vor der Haustüre, zuverlässiger Busverkehr - unserer Gruppe hat es sehr gut gefallen!

En rigtig dejlig uge i skønne Schönblick. Hans Peter og Bianca er de perfekte værter! Alt var rent og pænt - ligesom på billederne. Vi var 9 personer og havde fin plads. Lækkert køkken med spiseplads og hyggelig stue ved siden af. Kappl dorf er en hyggelig lille by med fine indkøbsmuligheder. Skibussen går lige udenfor døren. Eneste minus er dog at den ikke går direkte til Ischgl - man skal skifte undervejs. Vi endte med at tage bilen - nemt og billigt at parkere i Ischgl.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die den Bildern entspricht. Wer Ruhe und Natur um sich herum mag, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Der Blick auf den See ist gigantisch und Casa Il Nibio ist toll ausgestattet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft, aber ruhige Lage war anders als erwartet** Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft mit der Familie sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Räumlichkeiten waren perfekt für uns – geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Hier stimmte einfach alles, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Allerdings war die Umgebung nicht ganz so idyllisch-ruhig, wie wir gehofft hatten: Man hörte deutlich die Züge in der Nähe sowie den Straßenverkehr durch den Ort. Auch der Ort selbst wirkte sehr ausgestorben, und das einzige Restaurant in der Nähe überzeugte qualitativ nicht. Mit Kindern war die Lage zudem anstrengend, da alles nur über steile Wege erreichbar war – für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder weniger mobile Gäste sicherlich nicht ideal. Fazit: Wer eine perfekt ausgestattete Unterkunft sucht und kein Problem mit etwas Lärm hat, wird hier zufrieden sein. Für absolute Erholung in ruhiger Natur oder spontane Ausflüge zu Fuß wäre ein Auto aber ratsam. Trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen würden wir aufgr

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Les instructions de Sara étaient précises et nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Simonetta. La maison est très agréable et correspond en tout point à la description. La vue sur le lac est incroyable (terrasse et chambre) et l'environnement calme. La présence du jacuzzi pour se détendre après les journées à découvrir les villages autour du lac est un vrai plus. En voiture, l'accès à Bellagio et Côme se fait bien si on ne craint pas les routes un peu étroites.

We had a fantastic stay as three families with four small children (aged 1 to 3). The house was spotless, with everything we needed—sheets, towels, detergent, spices, appliances, and two coffee machines (filter and bean). It was great for families, and the sledges for the kids were a nice touch. The rooms vary—two are spacious and stylish, while the other two are smaller and simpler. Some floors were squeaky, which wasn't an issue for us but might be for families with sleeping babies. Communication was pleasant, but since a company manages the property instead of the host, there were occasional delays. Check-in and check-out were smooth, though early check-in wasn’t possible due to cleaning. Overall, the house offers great value for money—one of the best we’ve experienced on Airbnb. Highly recommended!

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
