I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional Airbnb property, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and attention to detail that made our stay comfortable and memorable. Perfect for families. The property itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The location is perfect—quiet and relaxing. yet just a short distance from Peninsula Hot Springs, shops, and restaurants. Thank you for a beautiful getaway. Everything was very well catered for - loved the outdoor fire for our winter trip. Great queen sized bedrooms, with beautiful bedding. A very comfortable and easy place, highly recommend.

Lovely spot - lots of light and tree views, cozy fireplace, wood ceilings, amazing outdoor spaces to sit, and a cabin type feel overall. It is a bit rustic in terms of upkeep, but that mostly works with the cabin vibe. Can hear the ocean and feel the wind, very natural feeling place. Quick walk to the bluffs on the steep part of Rye back beach.

Anna’s place was a haven away from the busy city life. The house was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully presented with lovely touches and everything you’d need for a family beach holiday. Close to 16 Beach and there were also plenty of family friendly activities at the house - so need to leave! Loved that doggo could join us too.

We had a great stay! Leonie was fantastic to deal with and check in / out was a breeze. The house had plenty of activities and games to keep the little ones occupied. Kitchen and living were well stocked with the basics and kids cutlery & plates made everything so easy. Location wise was great. It’s in a nice quiet pocket, but only a 1 min drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend and it was a great holiday experience for our young family.

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

The pool and spa combo is what makes this place and was exactly what we needed for an amazing weekend away. Beautiful private area, but easy to get to the beach and around Rye. Loved it.

Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. The property was immaculate and the description was absolutely accurate. Local shops a short 10 minute drive away to Rye. Would gladly book again. Steve & Amelia…

We stayed here with the girls and had the most incredible time. Literally from the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The photos truly don’t do it justice. Every corner of the place was stunning, and the heated pool was an absolute highlight. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully set up, making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect, so close to everything we needed, yet still felt like our own private retreat. We all fell in love with this place. It was sensational, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special stay. You will not be disappointed.

Definitely the best Airbnb experience I’ve had, and I’ve had a few! The place is super clean, has everything you could possibly need and feels like home. Verve has also been really great to deal with communication wise, one of the guests caused some accidental damage and Michelle from Verve handled it so professionally, very grateful! Would 100% stay again.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others! Place was very clean, comfy and thought of little things- ie phone chargers and shopping bags! Spa was lovely and place was very quiet and safe! We will be back!

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with all of our requests and very prompt with responses. We enjoyed the place so much and will definitely be number 1 place to stay when we visit again! The place was really clean and the area accommodates to both people and pets. Sandra ensured we had no issues at all with our stay and was flexible with our schedule as well. Highly recommend! It’s an all year, all weather suitable accomodation place! The board games at the residence were also ideal for when staying indoors! Beautiful place with beautiful views!

Great self-contained space in a natural setting - super quiet for well-needed sleep ins - close to Sorrento shopping plus the ever popular Millionaires cliff walk and Portsea pub for great dinner choices! The Peninsula Spa was only 15-20 mins away (best day out ever!) and loved my breakfast at cliff top cafe on Sorrento back beach - David was a warm and responsive host - all in all a great value stay in a very special part of Victoria :)

Iwona’s cute cottage is very comfortable, thoughtfully provisioned and spotlessly clean. Cute local cafe a couple of minutes away for excellent breakfast. A great base for exploring the area.

Staying at this converted barn was truly a step back in time, with every room offering its own distinct charm and character. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the larger design elements down to the smallest touches, making our stay absolutely delightful. Heather was incredibly welcoming, ensuring that our large group felt comfortable and well cared for throughout our visit. Her hospitality and willingness to assist whenever needed made all the difference. This beautiful airbnb is one we’ll definitely be returning to, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay.
