What a lovely place to stay! Grand Central is comfortable, cozy, and has everything you need. Michelle and Wayne are such friendly, kind, and accommodating hosts too. We were in the area on what should have been a short business trip, and then Hurricane Helene hit at home. We booked our stay last minute so we could have a place to stay and work while recovery efforts were ongoing at home — and ended up with a fabulous extra week in a beautiful place with plenty to see and do. Thank you Michelle and Wayne for hosting us!

Our stay at Tim’s place was incredible.. great location, super clean, and completely functional.. he did not miss a single thing that might be needed; kitchen items, bathroom towels, linens .. even the medicine cabinet was fully stocked with anything that might be needed. We would most definitely stay at Tim’s place again !

If this place is available, BOOK IT! Jim and Barbara have been the best hosts we’ve ever had until now! They gave us a tour of the entire place, were super nice and gave us extra water bottles and seltzers too! We immediately felt at home and welcomed! The place was quiet, serene and located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach. The studio was super clean and well stocked, exactly matched the description The private backyard was beautiful with all the fall colors around
