You'll find our cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath haven at the end of the dirt road. Upon arrival, throw open the windows to experience the fresh air rustling through the leaves. Your family or guests will appreciate the privacy of each bedroom. The daybed in the sunroom is not private but has the advantage of spying late night or early morning wildlife. Whether you decide to stay 1 night or 30, the bath and kitchen are stocked with everything you'll need to really relax and enjoy a restful getaway.

Great views of the Wet Mountains off the spacious deck, while grilling. Ample hiking as well as BLM access. The interior of the home provides a cozy setting with great views. The main living area includes a TV, Wi-Fi and a cell phone booster. The home is 2bd and comfortably sleeps 4. The large master has a queen size bed with 2 twins in the second bedroom.

You have the complete home to yourself, 3 BR's, 1 Bath, a kitchen with basic tools to cook your meals, a gas fireplace, a game room (pool table, foosball, table tennis, darts, treadmill), an extensive library with Old West books, history of the area books, children's books, survival books, organic gardening books, Christian books, maps, board games and cards, and a fenced-in yard for small children, washer and dryer, etc. Remodeled and designed by our Interior Designer daughter from Chicago.
