Sunset lakefront old-growth forest guesthouse

This guesthouse was newly-built in 2024 with comfortable amenities ( e.g indoor WC and shower). It is located in the middle of old-growth forests, in a private bay & a calm lake with sunset view. A place, is meant to “adopt the pace of nature”, offers real retreat from hectic life. The rate includes use of hot tub, SUP board, and rowing boat (May to October). Two terraces for your own use: one with roof cover for BBQ and summer kitchen; the second is for hot tub, fireplace, hammock and fishing.

Lämmin ja kodikas mökki Himoksella

Tule rentoutumaan rauhalliseen ja kodikkaaseen mökkiin perheen, ystävien tai vaikka pienen työporukan kanssa. Mökki sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla, mutta silti lähellä Himoksen tekemistä ja menoa. Lähimmät laskettelurinteet ovat noin 3 km päässä ja keskukseen on matkaa noin 6 km. Viikonloppuisin voi käydä Himos Areenalla kuuntelemassa artisteja ja nauttimassa hyvästä tunnelmasta. Kesällä uimapaikka löytyy noin 300 m päästä, joten aamu-uinnille pääsee helposti. Tekemistä riittää ympäri vuoden!

Mökki ja rantasauna Päijänteellä

Ihastuttava mökki Päijänteen rannalla tarjoaa luonnonrauhaa ja mukavuutta jopa 8 hengelle. Tilat koostuvat päärakennuksesta, uudesta aittarakennuksesta sekä rantasaunasta. Wc ja juokseva vesi löytyy päärakennuksesta. Remontoitu puusauna ja loivasti syvenevä ranta sopivat perheille. Grilli, muurikka, sähkösavustin, soutuvene ja kalastusvälineet täydentävät varustelua. 1960-luvulla valmistunut päämökki on ollut talvisin kylmillään, joten perinteikäs mökin tuoksu ja tunnelma kuuluvat asiaan.

This extremely unique 200-year old log house offers you an outstanding holiday. The property locates only 15 minutes by car from Jyväskylä. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Bathing/hot tub available.

Мы живём за лесом в 200 метрах от коттеджа круглый год. Расположение коттеджа уникально тем, что с одной стороны вы чувствуете полную свободу и уединение, с другой стороны мы всегда рядом и готовы помочь и пообщаться, если у вас будет желание. Relaxation and peace in the middle of nature in a brand-new high-class villa. Villa Vintturi is a log villa by the lake Päijänne in Sysmä, Finland. Villa was completed in June 2022 with high quality materials and decoration choices. The villa has all the comforts that one can need, from running water, air conditioning and a high-quality kitchen with wine cabinets to a heated Jacuzzi and a wood sauna with stunning views to the lake. Rowing boat is included to the rent.

Vuokrataan Villa Salmea Jämsän Jokisuulta Päijänne järvi näkymin. Rauhallinen sijainti. Nukkumapaikat 10 hlö:lle. Kohteessa kaikki perusmukavuudet lisäksi sauna, kylpytynnyri, iso katettu terassi, kuivauskaappi, viinikaappi, kattava astiasto ja kaasugrilli. Omakotitalon pihapiirissä n.1km päässä Toivakan keskustasta järven rannalla oleva saunamökki 1-4 hengelle. Alhaalla vuodesohva, yläkerrassa matala parvi patjoilla. Parvelle melkein pystysuorat portaat. Sähköinen lattialämmitys. Saunoessa parvella voi olla kuuma nukkua. Omakotitalon mukavuudet kuten juomavesi ja sisävesi wc. Pieni jääkaappi, airfryer ja mikro.
