Note: Hot tub is included in the price! The villa is located on the beach of Patalahden in Himos, in the cottage area of Nuppulanranta. The villa has its own beach. Thanks to its central location, you can get from the quiet Patalahden in a few minutes to skiing in winter, golfing in summer, or even to events at Himos Arena. The villa has two floors - 110m2 downstairs and 40m2 on the loft. Himos Villa Nuppula is ideal for families, groups of friends, bachelor parties or even for organizing corporate events

Peaceful and truly unique place to relax and enjoy Finnish nature. This house has been entirely renovated by two local designers and is decorated with subtle French and Finnish influences. You'll enjoy the beautiful views, direct lake access (one of Finland's purest), and on-site activities (jacuzzi, sauna, canoe, biking, relaxing by the beach). For travellers who must work, the place should have everything you need (incl. fast wifi). Pets may be allowed for a small fee, just ask before booking.

Päärakennuksesta rantaan 20 metriä, pihapiirissä lisämajoitustilana 2 huoneen aitta 8 hengelle ja sitä vuokrataan vain päärakennuksen kanssa lisätilana ja siten kokonaisuus muodostaa hyvät ja viihtyisät tilat 1-4 perheen samanaikaiseen lomailuun tai jopa 20 hengen kokoontumisiin. Erillinen rantasauna, grilli ja katettu ulkotulipaikka, laiturit 2 kappaletta ja soutuvene.

Villa Kaisla is a unique luxury property in a secluded location by the lake Päijänne, completed in July 2020. The property features 108m2 main house and a separate 25m2 sauna cottage and is situated on a 10000m2 plot on a semi-private peninsula, with 330 m of private shoreline. The villa is a very modern “Scandinavian design”, fully equipped villa that was built in 2011 and we use it year around as our second home. It is located in Mäntyharju in Finland, by a beautiful, clean lake with a private beach, 2 hours/190km drive from the Helsinki city center or Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Our villa is mainly for our private use, but selectively rented some weeks per year. It is suitable for couples, adult travelers and families with kids. Strictly no parties/pets.
