Very cute little place to stay and have a cozy weekend. Definitely recommend Campbell’s Falls (A hike John recommended to us)

Thanks for a great one-night stay at your beautiful home. We got to celebrate Easter here on our way to the Boston Marathon 2025! The home was quiet, clean, and in a beautiful location. It was very comfortable, and it had everything one would need from sheets, towels, fully stocked kitchen etc. We wished we could've stayed longer!

Adorable cottage perfect for us (2 adults and a 16yo) in town for Mx race at Southwick. Immaculately maintained, adorable nice touches abounded….cookie mix ready to go for homemade choc chip cookies 😋. Zero reservation recommending this and will plan on being back at future events. Thank you for your kind, responsive hospitality! 👍

The host was very responsive both before and during the stay. The house was wonderfully clean and the furnishings were very appropriate and useful. He provided many things that made it easy to live in the house for a week. Nice laundry, large fenced yard which is safe for a dog, well stocked kitchen, large refrigerator. The house appears to be very recently remodeled with fresh paint, updated kitchen. Thank you very much, Joseph.
