Holiday rentals with lake access in Rüschlikon

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

Wir waren zu dritt und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. In der Gegend kann man viel unternehmen und ist optimal zum Fahrrad fahren. Den Kneipen- und Sunsettipp haben wir auch gemacht und ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig mit Blick auf den Bodensee. Dank Nikils Tipp haben wir Vorort Biogemüse direkt ab Erzeuger kaufen können. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche hat die wichtigsten Utensilien. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder:-). Und sicher mit Fahrrad.

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location. Easy to get to by public transport or a walk around the lake. Giuseppe was a great host, always responsive to our queries and also sorted out our Lucerne cards before our arrival which gave us free transport and discounts in the area. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we can return in the future.

Ein wunderschönes und modernes Haus mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Vor allem ist dieses Haus und deren Eigentümer Kinderfreundlich. Der Garten ist super schön. Kinder Bett, Spielsachen, Kinderstuhl etc. es hat einfach alles gepasst. Dominique ist super aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Beste Airbnb Unterkunft bei der wir je waren. Ich kann Die 200% weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben über Ostern wundervolle Tage mit unserer 7-köpfigen Großfamilie (drei erwachsene Kinder und zwei Omas) in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Es bietet viel Platz – ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein heller Wintergarten und ein langer Esstisch laden zu geselligem Beisammensein ein. Die offene Küche mit freistehendem Küchenblock und Barhockern lässt keine Wünsche offen – ideal zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Backen und sogar Ostereierfärben. Die neue Terrasse mit Sitzstufen und der gepflegte Garten sind perfekte Rückzugsorte mit Blick auf den See. In der Einfahrt ist ausreichend Platz für Autos, die Garage bietet Stauraum für Fahrräder. Die Lage ist ideal: Zu Fuß erreicht man den See und kann direkt vom Haus aus Wanderungen starten. Eine Bushaltestelle gegenüber ermöglicht bequeme Ausflüge in die umliegenden Orte. Ein rundum gelungenes Familienerlebnis – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Location ! Location! Location ! Right near the lake/ river…. With an amazing promenade. Modern beautiful penthouse with all amenities as mentioned. Lot of groceries, restaurants etc nearby. We didn’t get to meet the host as we were greeted by someone on their behalf who was cheerful & nice …. Though short on English. But we managed fine :) We recommend this place highly Cheers !

David and Tabea’s apartment is great. It’s spacious, warm,very well equipped and immaculately presented. The view over lake Lucerne is wonderful and the apartment is surrounded very low density properties with large green spaces . Nice walks start from the property and once the narrow approach road has been passed there is easy access to numerous locations of interest.

I cannot say enough great things about Felicia’s home! It was clean, as described, and the view/surroundings are BREATHTAKING. My husband and I stayed for 10 days and did not want to leave. We regrettably don’t speak German or Italian, so communication outside of the app was thought but Felicia and her husband were so kind and welcoming that they made us feel right at home. Felicia even picked us up from the ferry station. They are both wonderful people and I highly recommend staying if you are in the area!

Our stay at the Lakefront Duplex Apartment was fantastic! The property is a short walk from the Lucerne Train Station, boat terminal, downtown, and major attractions. Despite its central location, it’s super private and quiet, occupying the top floor of a tall building with a rooftop balcony offering stunning views of the city and Lake Lucerne. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and equipped with thoughtful features like remote-controlled blinds and an Apple TV for streaming. It was immaculate, with great showers and a washer/dryer. Tatiana, the host, was kind, friendly, and clear in her communication. She provided detailed instructions with pictures to help locate the property and operate its features, making everything seamless. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

Wir waren zu zweit für ein paar Tage in der Wohnung für ein Buddy-Treffen. Wir wollten einige Radtouren unternehmen und da liegt die Wohnung super. Helmut ist ein sehr freundlicher, kommunikativer und pragmatischer Gastgeber. So hatte er extra Holz für den Holzofen bereit gelegt und wir haben den Ofen Anfang Oktober sehr gerne benutzt! (Obwohl die Wohnung auch so warm war.) Ausserdem ist alle Frotteewäsche und Abwaschmaterial da, was so nicht in der Ausschreibung ersichtlich war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke Helmut!

We’ve stayed at number of Airbnb apartments on our current trip (April 2025) around Europe and Sylvia’s place had been a standout. My kids commented how it felt like home - very clean, modern and no icky feeling! Convenient location but very quiet and bright with lots of natural light.
