The covered parking space has a heating pole.

Alakerrassa erillinen makuuhuone, jossa on 2kpl 140cm leveitä parisänkyjä. Lisäksi oleskelutilassa on 100cm leveä sänky ja olohuoneen sohvalla voi majoittua 1-2 henkilöä. Kaupunki on tunnettu erityisesti upeista puistoistaan ja vesistöistään. Kippasuon (Kippis) arvostettu frisbeegolfrata löytyy Heinolan keskustan kupeesta.
