Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ruokolahti

We have stayed a total of 8 times on the canal with a large group. It is easy to find, check-in at your own time is easy and effortless. The milieu is beautiful, the best place to follow the seasons. The floor plan of the house is good. The bedrooms are upstairs and the common areas are downstairs. A larger group can sit at the large dining table. The living room can also accommodate a larger group. Iida always responds quickly, making it easy to agree on things. Wonderful farm setting. It was nice to visit the beach sauna at the end of a long cycling trip. Mummola was nostalgic and in peace, I highly recommend.

Beautiful quiet retreat on a lush island. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time is provided. There was even a midsummer traditional treat waiting for us. Satu is kind and responsive. She makes sure her guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. The house is beautifully located in a perfect location. Well and tastefully furnished, right on the beautiful lake. Sauna,boat and billiards are also great. Large supermarket (S-market) is not far away. You have your peace and can also do a lot in the area. Matti is a great,likeable and helpful host!Everything was wonderful and we'd love to come back!

Loved the cosy feel of the cottage, especially the fireplace and outside sauna. We all enjoyed playing games at night and were delighted to awake with unbelievable lake view.had a amazing time there,I wish we could have spent more time there,for sure will visit again.

We spent an amazing week in this lovely cabin. It is equipped with everything we needed and the spa room was outstanding. Mikkaela was always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had questions. Definitely worth the price

Another overnight stay at this property and this works very well for myself and my dogs. The place is cozy, tidy, and peaceful, and check-in and communication is straightforward!

The apartment was very clean and cozy, good location in the center of Puumala. Very good contact with the host, he, among other things, informed in good time the check-in instructions. We're very happy with the stay!

My family had an amazing weekend getaway at Elena's cottage by the lake. The house is beautiful and had all the amentities we needed and more. The natural surrounding are beautiful and the atmosphere was very peaceful. We would definately stay here again!

Eeva is a fantastic host! The check-in experience was very smooth—Eeva’s brother was already waiting for us at the cottage when we arrived. He explained everything in detail, and we paid the hot tub fee in cash (MobilePay and bank transfer were also available as options). On the first night, we noticed that one of the rooms had a broken radiator. We contacted Eeva, and not only did she apologize, but she also arrived at the cottage with a spare radiator within 30 minutes. The cottage itself is spacious and comfortably accommodates 14 people. Upon checkout, as we were leaving, one of our cars got stuck on the slope due to poor weather conditions. Eeva came to our aid and offered to have her brother bring his tractor to sand the road. Fortunately, we managed to get the car out without needing the sand, but Eeva went above and beyond to ensure we had the help we needed. Overall, it was a great experience with an amazing host. I would happily recommend others to visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! It’s stylish, spotless, and very well-equipped, everything I needed was right here. The views of the lake are absolutely breathtaking, a perfect place to relax and unwind. Timo is lovely host, responding quickly, friendly and helpful. I’d love to return someday! 100% recommended.

Small cottage, functions well for couple or e.g. two friends. All well available to enjoy cottage life and nearby some places to visit. Nicely decorated and comfortable cottage.

We spend only a couple of days in Marja-Leena's wonderful cottage. If you are looking for a wonderful host and secluded location with beautiful surroundings I would definitely recommend you staying at cottage. We already want to come back.
