we had an amazing stay at Marina's beautiful villa. it's even more stunning than the photos. The pool and BBQ room were perfect outside areas that kept the kids busy and entertained and in eyesight. Indoors was beautifully clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The host kindly provided loads of fresh fruit, some juice and some lovely cheese, breads and cold meats on arrival. If you are looking for a tranquil holiday location i'd highly recommend and definitely stay again.

First of all - it was a wonderful vacation. Ana and her parents/grandpa are very nice and helpful hosts. On our arrival they offered us a plate with dalmatian groceries (cheese, ham, red/white wine, beer and bread) They helped us with every question we had, gave some predictions on possible journeys and all that stuff. The house is also very nice and well equipped. There is nearly everything you can even think about. Only thing we missed is a normal coffee machine. Ana can provide you a capsule machine, but this capsules are way more expensive than normal coffee. So it was cheaper to buy a complete coffee machine (15€ at Plodine) and coffee, instead of buying those capsules! ;-) Pool is big (8m x 4m) and crystal clear. For upcoming rentals I would like to leave some general information - Be aware that in an area of 10km is nearly nothing. The local store (5 min away) is very expensive and the first "real" supermarket (Plodine) is in Makarska (35 Min by car!) - Please make sure that you change money at a "real bank" and not using an ATM standing on the sideway. This ATM will charge you with a unbeliveable fee of 20-25% - regardless of the usage of EC/Master or Visa-Card !!! - Just skip Makarska as a "sight seeing idea" - its completly overcrouded and very loud due to "rich people" driving their Lamborghinis, Porsches forth and back on the main road where the restaurants are located. The stone beach is only 5m depth so you have to lay there like fish in a tin. - Please be aware, that the house is located in a valley. So the mobile network is almost weired. You dont even have EDGE. The house offers a WiFi but this is (for sure) also connected to the mobile network. The external antennas gain more speed than a smartphone/tablet but this network seems to be heavily overcrouded - due to only one mobile tower for the complete region. So in times where a lot of people be at home (mostly on weekends and after 1700) the speed drops to 1Mbit!!! No possibility to stream videos for the kids or even listen to streamed radio. Due to this (kids can't watch Netflix/Disney eg!) - and this my ONLY suggestion to Ana to achieve the Top-Level - I would recommend to buy a satelite station for TV. Current TV in the house only has up to 5 croatian broadcasting stations and everything is analog. All other offered stations are encrypted. So this is also no option for kids. With a satelite station you can offer german/english broadcasting in digital by only spending 100€ once. That's it. I highly recommend Ana and her house and please make sure that you play a round of BALOTE with her grandpa. He's a master :) Thank you for an awesome vacation.

Vildan is an exceptional, committed and wonderful host. The place has exceeded our expectations, the area is very calm and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. We highly recommend for a quiet vacation or an active stay.

Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Do plaży szło się schodami co przy wysokich temperaturach było uciążliwe ale nie trwało dłużej jak max 10 min. Widok z tarasu był obłędny! W pokojach było wszystko czego potrzeba. Wszystko funkcjonowało bez zarzutu. Plus za dostępność środków czystości, papieru i ręczników w razie potrzeby. Ozren i jego żona to bardzo gościnne i sympatyczne małżenstwo. Zostaliśmy obdarowani prezentami za co jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni. Polecamy bardzo pobyt w Podgora ! Do zobaczenia

Laura and her whole family were just the most incredible hosts, I have never experienced such kind, caring approach and helpfulness. We had everything we needed and much more. We felt that we spent our holidays with our family. Before our arrival she provided a lot of local tips where to go for a dinner, coffee, beaches, ect. Likewise she always answered and advice on any of our questions, requests. I can only recommend. Thank you once again. ♥

Uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen! Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang waren wunderschön! Das Apartment hatte alles, was man brauchte. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Das Sofa nebenan leider etwas hart. Die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Dusche jedoch für 2m große Menschen etwas klein. Der Balkon war schön groß, mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und es gab die Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich gut abdunkeln. Hier könnte man nur mal knapp neue Bettdecken investieren. In wenigen Minuten ist man fußläufig am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch nicht weit. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Apartment auch wieder buchen.

Mycket bra boende som överträffade våra förväntningar! Vi gillade verkligen den rymliga terrassen med fin utsikt över småbåtshamnen. Terrassen var bra möblerad med stort bord och två solstolar. Värden var mycket välkomnande, vänlig och enkel att kommunicera med. Vi fick värdefull info om att affärerna var stängda på söndagar så vi hann handla på vägen innan vi anlände lördag kväll. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!

Дуже привітні, доброзичливі і цікаві пані Івна та її донька Бранка. Гарне помешкання, чисте і охайне. На кухні є все необхідне, навіть барбекю на терасі. Коло помешкання є великий супермаркет Кауфланд. До моря йти приблизно 20-30 хв. Але це навіть добре, бо є можливість прогулятися і роздивитися порт, кораблики, архітектуру. Поряд чудовий парк, прогулюючись яким, можна потрапити на неймовірно мальовничий пляж. Вересень-найкраща пора для відпочинку в Далмації: не спекотно, ще теплі вечори і тепле море (чисте і прозоре), мало туристів і купа місця на пляжі!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend und alle Zimmer sind lichtdurchflutet. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, in der Küche ist alles zu finden. Die Lage ist super und man erreicht den Strand auf kurzem Weg. Der Pool liegt perfekt eingebettet im grünen Außenbereich, es gibt viele kleine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

This is the perfect place if you want to spend your time outside, relaxing in the beach just outside the front door. Toni gave us lots of tips, including recommending a rental car, without which getting to the airbnb would be challenging, and limit your freedom to explore.

Unser Urlaub in der Villa war mega angenehm und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und hat Granatapfelbäume, Apfelbäume, Birnbäume und der Baum von dem wir am meisten gegessen haben war der Feigenbaum, mit den leckersten Feigen überhaupt. Außerdem war das ganze Grundstück sehr sauber und man konnte sofort sehen das auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene sehr viel Wert gelegt wurde, was uns mit Kindern sehr wichtig war. Meine Kinder haben das Schwimmen und reinspringen mit den Schwimmwesten sehr gefallen. Vorallem der besuch von Katzen die wohl den Nachbarn gehörten, hatte unsere Kinder sehr erfreut. Naheliegend war auch das Meer (25-30Min) wohin wir einen Ausflug machten und auch Lebensmittelläden sind gut erreichbar(5-10min). Die Aussicht war auch mega, das ganze hat einen Landschaftsvibe da es auf dem Berg oben liegt. Was uns auch positiv auffiel waren die Insektengitter bei allen Fenstern und Balkontür. Alles in einem, sehr schöner Familienurlaub mit 3 Kindern.

Rauhallinen ja yksityinen sijainti. Lähistöllä ei kovin paljoa tekemistä tai näkemistä ollut, mutta hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Majoittaja vastasi nopeean oli auttavainen. Asunto oli siisti ja tilaa reilusti 5 hengen perheelle. Perus kodinkoneet löytyi ruuanlaittoon. Autolle oli etupihalla paikka.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The place is incredibly spacious, offering more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival, which made a great first impression. The villa is fully equipped with all the amenities you could wish for—a BBQ area, swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool table, and plenty more to keep everyone entertained throughout the stay. Communication with the host was another highlight. They were very responsive and friendly, making the whole booking and check-in process smooth and stress-free. The only area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi connection, which was a bit weak at times. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s something that could be upgraded for future guests who may rely on a stronger connection. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended!

Odusevljeni smo smestajem! U potpunosti opremljen smestaj do najsitnijeg detalja cak i tableta za sudo masinu. Sacekao nas je poklon kuce (pice, voce,…). Domacin je ponudio da nas saceka na dogovorenom mestu da nam olaksa pronalazaenje kuce. Imali smo mogucnost ranog check ina. Sve je bilo cisto i domacin nas je upucivao i davao savete o lokalnim atrakcijama. Dolazimo ponovo!

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Ivan’s villa. From the moment I enquired about the villa Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful! He replied to all of my questions super quick & full of information!! When we arrived we were welcomed by Ivan’s parents who were just so lovely & helpful, during the holiday they would check in & even brought us fresh cherries! It was nice having them close by. The villa itself is beautiful, modern, clean, homely.. everything is so well thought out. We were a group of 15, 8 adults & 7 kids, there was plenty of room for everyone, dining tables big enough, enough sun loungers etc. Hot tub, gym & 2 large bedrooms are in a separate building but all lovely (exactly the same as the main villa!) The location is stunning, the scenery is beautiful!! There’s a small shop 500m away has all the essentials then a slightly larger shop about 10-15min walk but a lovely little walk :)

Wij (9 vrienden) hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in de villa van Slaven (de eigenaar). Slaven heeft ons na aankomst naar de villa genomen en een tour gegeven door het gebied. Daarnaast vrijwel iedere dag contact gehad of we nog iets nodig hadden of dat alles goed ging. Erg prettig! De slaapkamers waren netjes en ruim genoeg. De airco hebben wij echter niet gevonden of aan kunnen krijgen. Dit was voor ons ook niet nodig, dus hebben we ook niet doorgegeven aan Slaven. De jacuzzi gaf op een gegeven moment een foutmelding, waarna ik contact heb opgenomen met Slaven. Na 2 uur stond hij voor de deur om dit probleem op te lossen. Later is er nogmaals iemand gekomen om de jacuzzi te verschonen. Alles bij elkaar een fantastische vakantie in een fantastische villa! Een echte aanrader als je lekker wilt ontspannen met een grotere groep mensen. Zoals ook aangegeven in de advertentie is het wel genoodzaakt om een huurauto te hebben om comfortabel bij de villa te komen.

Bardzo przyjemna i spokojna okolica, można bez problemu dostać się do większości miejscowości na brzegiem morza lub podróżować po okolicy. My odwiedziliśmy Mostar w Bośni i Hercegowinie, Dubrownik Split i wiele innych nadmorskich miejscowości. Sama okolica Imotski kryje wiele atrakcji w tym możliwość popływania w lokalnym jeziorze. Restauracje w okolicy były na wysokim poziomie,. Polecamy wszystkim, którzy są zainteresowani zarówno leniuchowaniem jak i aktywnym zwiedzaniem. Obie te rzeczy są możliwe do spełnienia w tym miejscu.

Our stay was just great. The hosts were wonderful very warm and helpful. Traditional old house with soul offered tranquility we expected. Everything was very clean, beautiful surrounding with vineyard and clean swimming pools. Not for people who expect walking distance to all entertainments, restaurants and beach, as described it took about 20 minutes by car to reach the seaside. We were aware of it and thanks to that we visited many nice interesting places, beaches. Problem with park lots (most are paid), so better to go early in the morning. We got all necessary instructions from our hots starting from the best places to eat, what is worth of sightseeing, etc… We really loved our stay.
