Villa holiday rentals in Runović

This is a beautiful, modern and well furnished and equipped house with the most stunning view.! 7 of us stayed in the house and had the most relaxing holiday, spending most of our time lounging on the terrace, dipping into the clear waters of the Adriatic and generally enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The small village has several beach coves and is perfectly peaceful. A word of warning …….we visited late May/early June and neither of the restaurants or the shop were open. The village is not in a bus route, so a car would be a good idea if you are visiting early or late in the season. Elisha was a fantastic host who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, arranging taxis and even allowing a late check out which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

The Magical island villa was truly that - magical! Peaceful and private and easy to get to the nearest towns, especially with the bikes Grgo kindly left us. The pool was heated perfectly and the terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

Absolutely stunning place! Felt like staying in a castle or a really nice hotel that you have all to yourself! One thing to be aware of is for check-in. The address they give you is nearby, not the actual address of the place. Once you arrive, they will meet you and escort you to the place. This is to remove any confusion on finding the place. I would have liked to understand ahead of time that is what they were doing because it seemed weird when we arrived at the address and it was not what we expected. No big deal, just something to be aware of.

Marija was most helpful in checking us in and suggesting restaurants. and she went the extra mile by helping in getting a left behind item to us back in Canada.

Malden and Tamara’s place was absolutely wonderful. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided - along with some thoughtful extras. It’s a peaceful oasis close to great restaurants and tranquil beaches—truly a perfect find along the Dalmatian coast. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden with its ocean view, a quiet spot to savor slow mornings with coffee. We would love to come back.

Magical stay on the island of Brac! It’s a beautiful 2-bedroom stone villa nestled in a vineyard and overlooking the Adriatic Sea. There’s a short walk to a private beach that you have all to yourself except for the occasional boaters that will swim over. Very secluded and private in the best kind of way. It’s quite the drive on the last stretch of the road to get there so be ready if driving in yourself! So worth it tho!

We received a warm welcome at the house with a good charcuterie tray and good drinks. The house really lived up to our expectations and it had everything you could imagine. Especially the kitchen and the outdoor dining area were really nice. The pool area and the view from there was also great and everything was so private and peaceful. The house itself was perfect for two adults and two girls aged 13 and 15. The cinema was also a highlight. Everything felt thoughtful and luxurious. We can really recommend this accommodation and the hosts were very nice. Josip responded quickly and made contact before we went down to Croatia.

If you are on the fence about booking here - do it. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip - with Tomi it genuinely felt like we were staying with family. The house itself was clean and cozy, with a beautiful backyard to enjoy lazy mornings or cool evenings. The location is amazing. You are a short walk to the downtown center, waterfront, and restaurant area. We also took the bikes to the park for a couple beach days while we stayed here which I highly recommend. Lastly, we cannot say enough good things about Tomi. He is an incredible host - extremely attentive to the little details, has amazing recommendations on how to spend your time, and is a lovely person to talk with (with lots of historical knowledge about Split). He will be as hands-off or hands-on as you want him to be. His mantra was "it is no problem, you just sit back and relax" and that truly elevated our experience. You will be treated better than at a 5-star hotel! Thank you for everything Tomi!

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

We had an amazing stay. The location is super quiet off season and it's a hidden gem. The house has the best view in town and is close to everything.

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Ivan’s villa. From the moment I enquired about the villa Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful! He replied to all of my questions super quick & full of information!! When we arrived we were welcomed by Ivan’s parents who were just so lovely & helpful, during the holiday they would check in & even brought us fresh cherries! It was nice having them close by. The villa itself is beautiful, modern, clean, homely.. everything is so well thought out. We were a group of 15, 8 adults & 7 kids, there was plenty of room for everyone, dining tables big enough, enough sun loungers etc. Hot tub, gym & 2 large bedrooms are in a separate building but all lovely (exactly the same as the main villa!) The location is stunning, the scenery is beautiful!! There’s a small shop 500m away has all the essentials then a slightly larger shop about 10-15min walk but a lovely little walk :)

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

Mario’s villa was the perfect escape for my group of friends. The home is tucked away on a very private street close to the main attractions on the island. Everything we needed was provided by Mario such as towels, soap, as well as plates, glassware, etc. for a meal at home. I highly suggest you book the private chef that Mario recommends - it wound up being one of the best meals of our trip, if not ever. The pool and backyard was perfect for lounging in the sun. I could not be more satisfied with our stay, it was truly an amazing experience that will not be forgotten. If you don’t rent a car, I would suggest bringing comfortable shoes as you need to walk up and down hill to get to and from town.

We were a group of ten people on holiday, including 5 adults and 5 children. The apartment was clean and had enough space for all of us. The large terrace area, swimming pool and hot tub were in heavy use. The apartment is located on a slope, but it was a suitable 15-minute walk down to the village. Warm recommendation for the place if you are going to Makarska!

Five stars from the moment I reached out to the host. I booked this villa for my friends hen do and Zvonimir was super helpful right from the start, he booked our airport transfers, and organised food as we landed late, helped with trips etc. We wanted a third bed in one room so he got us an extra bed, nothing was a problem. So responsive which is great. The villa itself is stunning. It is exactly, and I mean exactly like the photos. It was perfect and I’d go back in a heartbeat. It was private with lovely sea views. So so happy I found this gem. And a very reasonable price for what you get, it was amazing. Thank you so much for our lovely stay!

We had an absolute dream vacation in the accommodation, were kindly allowed to check in earlier, were greeted very warmly and were completely delighted. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful 8 night stay at this stunning villa in Slivno. Arriving at night, we were greeted by the glowing pool — but waking up to the peaceful mountain views was truly breathtaking. The villa is modern, sleek, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used the pool daily and loved watching sunsets from the terrace. Slivno is quiet with a small shop, but having a hire car is essential — we drove over 1250 km exploring beautiful Croatia. Igor was an amazing host, quick to reply via text and kindly negotiated a later check-out, which made our return home so much easier. We’d 100% recommend this place to anyone happy driving abroad or just wanting to relax in peaceful surroundings. Hope to return one day!

I just finished the stay with my girlfriend, I must say a great clean house, with everything you need, big pool, a big garden and even the playground for those who have children. Excellent host and assistant both, very friendly, nice and were able to give us the right advice and more as well. I would definitely come back and recommend it!

A super nice stay in this house! Katarina is an incredibly hospitable and accommodating person, she will help out with everything you wonder and think about. She came with gifts, gave us tips and went out of her way to make sure we had the best vacation possible. Recommend to anyone who wants a house close to everything (by car) while getting a private super nice house!

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Looks just like the photos. Ivan is so welcoming he was there to greet us when we arrived. He was extremely responsive and helpful and even called to check in on us to make sure we got out ok. Would absolutely recommend this place!

This place is easily the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at and I travel A LOT. You can’t beat the view and the amenities. The pool, hot tub and sauna combination was out of this world. The stone work on this house is so perfect and clean. We really enjoyed relaxing at Rita’s!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was walkable to town (where parking can be limited) and a few markets. It is also quiet and tucked away at the end of the street. The host was great - very responsive and helpful when we needed it. We even forgot an important item upon our departure and they have already sent it to us. The house is adjacent to a trail that leads to the mountaintop and beautiful views of Omis and we took advantage of this more than once. The house itself is spacious, spotless and has all the amenities we could ask for. We would stay here again if our travels bring us to Omis ever again!

We had an amazing stay with our family. There were four couples and we enjoyed all the activities like the games room, tennis/basketball court and obviously the pool and outdoor bbq area. We needed the cars as nothing was within walking distance but apart from food shopping and a couple of meals out, the lakes and one day at the beach, we were happy to enjoy our time at the villa and would highly recommend and revisit.
