The apartment is on the ground floor (without threshold) with a separate entrance, private bathroom & kitchen. The idyllic Flühmatt farm is located at 850 meters above sea level nestled in the hilly landscape at the gateway to the Emmental. The region is ideally suited for hikes to the Ahorn, the Hinterarni or the Napf region. The popular Heart Route leads cyclists just a few meters past the house. In winter, the region is recommended for snowshoe tours or sledding fun. I look forward to your visit!

Parking spaces are next to the house and free overnight. Free during the day with a 5 minute drive away.

On a slight slope and not far from the city of Lucerne, you can look out from the 2nd top apartment in the evening at the sea of lights below and during the day at Lucerne's local mountain Pilatus and Malters LU Zentrum. Located in the middle of Switzerland, you can enjoy both city and country, in a safe environment. With the Regional Express (RE) or the nearby expressway you are in approx. 12-15 minutes to Lucerne city center. ZH Airport is approximately 1 hour away, depending on traffic.

Neuenkirch lies smack in the middle of Switzerland. We are based just outside the village and enjoy a gorgeous view of mountains, lush fields and cows. Pure Swissness! The picturesque town of Lucerne is 15 minutes away and you can drive to Interlaken, Bern, Zürich or Basel within an hour. You can get to Engelberg with its spectacular Mount Titlis in 45 minutes, not to mention a number of other major attractions. Fully equipped, but reduced to the essentials, this tiny house is the perfect place for a break. Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance.
