Es befindet sich in der Nähe mehrerer Seen mit Badestellen, Bootsverleih, Restaurants, einem Schwimmbad, Wildtierpark, einem historischen Stadtzentrum mit Theater, Kino, Dom, Kirche und Renessainceschloss. This apartment in the center of Rostock is located exactly between the city center and the main train station and both are within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even if the guest bed (mattress) still offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. Late check-in from 11 pm is possible after due arrangements via a key locker.

The tastefully furnished, approx. 60 square meter 2-room apartment is equipped with a shower room/toilet, open kitchen and living room with flat screen TV. It offers sleeping facilities for 4 people. Included in the price are additional costs (energy, water, heating), bed linen, as well as parking. Barbecue by arrangement.

Our 30 sqm apartment with 20 sqm south-facing terrace is located in an old house from the 17th century. You can spend a good time there with 2 people. There are private bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials of cooking utensils. The apartment is on the second floor and can therefore only be reached via the stairs. We have enough space for parking on our beautiful yard and you are right on the Baltic Sea beach with only a 45-minute drive!

Vacation in the countryside

If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
