The apartment is in a prime location on the slope of East Ruka, at ground level, on the sunny side of the slope. From the door directly to the ski slope. All of these are 100m away: Gondola, Rosa&Rudolf Familypark, Skibus stop, RukaValley restaurants, ticket sales & rental, K-Market (open during the winter season). Restaurant SkiBooster in the neighboring house, which also has a sauna during the winter season, but please check the opening hours online. Gondola easily to Rukakeskus. In addition to the half 64.5 sqm of Kelopar house, a spacious loft of about 20 square meters, which makes the cottage size remarkably more spacious (see photos). The cottage is near Rukatunturi about five kilometers in the direction of Kuusamo, so it's perfect for those who appreciate the tranquility but those in need of Ruka services. Rukan Ski-Bus runs from the proximity/side of the cottage during the ski season. Attention! Seasonal Christmas, New Year, and Weeks 8-15 rental only Saturday-Saturday. Villa Pihla is an upscale-equipped best cottage for 4 people at a distance of 2km from Rukakylä. Despite the proximity of Ruka, the location is peaceful and offers the guest beautiful forest and dangerous landscapes. Central skiing, mountain biking, and snowmobile trails start 200m walk from the cottage. The rental price does not include final cleaning. As an additional service, you can buy linen and towels for 30€/person and final cleaning for 100€. The cottage is not suitable for people with animal allergies. Welcome!

Peaceful and well-equipped cottage in Ruka

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.
