The villa is about 100m2. There is a master bedroom downstairs and two more bedrooms upstairs. An opening sofa upstairs creates the seventh bed. You will sleep comfortably in high-quality beds with hotel style fresh sheets! Villa has a sauna section downstairs, where you can enjoy a view of the nearby pond through a panoramic window. From the terrace you have direct access to the relaxing Viskan Spa outdoor hot tub, which is conveniently placed under a canopy. The pool overlooks the pond. The pool is for extra fee 400€. There are spacious separate toilets on both floors. All floors downstairs have a pleasant underfloor heating. The open living room-kitchen has a SmartTV and a small fireplace and access to the glazed terrace with views to the surrounding nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-height refrigerator and a separate freezer. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The kitchen island offers comfortable cooking facilities. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are always included with the rental price.

Spend your vacation in the tranquility of nature, with a comfortable distance from the neighbors. From the windows you may see the Northern Lights and the starry sky, the woods and the rabbits run in the woods. Sometimes reindeers visit nearby. The ski trail is just 480 yards (450 meters) away – a short walk, and you're on the trail. The ski slopes of Vuossel are also a short trip. There is also a snowmobile rental nearby. In the summer, it's possible to swim in a nearby lake. Sheets and towels available upon request, at an additional cost of €23 per person.

In winter, you can go skiing directly from the cottage yard. The groomed cross-country ski trail is about 200 m away. You can also set off on a snowmobile trail directly from the yard. In summer, you can start a hiking trail directly from the yard. There is a jetty and a rowboat on the shore.

Villa on private plot. Suitable for families or a larger group of friends. The villa has three bedrooms and an attic, a spacious sauna, a warm porch for outdoor clothes and an outdoor hot tub, a large living room and kitchen, and a separate carport. To the village about 400 m, Maston lifts 750 m, Ski Bus 170 m. In the vicinity of the villa, there are several hiking trails, e.g. Karhunkierros, Riisitunturi (about 28 km) and smaller routes.

Rukatunturi Moisashenry

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
