The 35 sqm apartment offers space for 2 adults & 2 children (up to 12 years) and is divided into a living-dining area with sofa bed, a separate bedroom and a shower room. There is also a private terrace with an outdoor seating area overlooking the Rauschberg.

You reach the newly built vacation home via your own staircase. Once here, you will find a 15 sqm roofed terrace with all the amenities for lounging, eating and sundowning.. On 50sqm living you can make yourself comfortable (2 adults, 2 children + baby).

This dream apartment has been rated 5 stars (DTV classification) and is located right by the property's own natural pond. It has two separate bedrooms. In the private bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower with a wellness showerhead, a toilet, and a bidet. Another toilet is available. The apartment has a 40-inch flat-screen TV, an in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer.
