The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It offers an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions to nearby Fulda and the Rhön, and in summer use of the beautiful garden with pool. The apartment is quietly located and has a separate entrance. The Kunststation Kleinsassen offers culture vultures a great program and a nice cafe.

Our small summer house is located about 4 km from the city centre of Erfurt. It is very quiet and idyllic has a beautiful view over the city. The garden has a lot of meadow, trees, is about 650 square meters and is fully fenced. The bedroom is small, has a box spring bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) and TV. Our living room is equipped with TV,sofa bed, a small tiled stove and dining table. In the terrace there is a seating area and a day bed .
