Julie was very friendly. The apartment is very spacious with a very big garden. It was very quiet and I slept like a baby because the bed was great. I am definitely recommending the place to anyone who loves being close to nature. It is also very walkable from the apartment to downtown Angoulême (around 15 mins).

A very nice and functional cottage on an idyllic island. "An enchanted break". Aline is an available and considerate hostess.

This 2nd stay of Mathis was still perfect! Cleanliness, welcome: great. In addition, with Amora mustard, Evian mineral water, Kleenex Ultra Soft tissues, etc.: Mathis feels like he's always at home with the same products as at our place. Nothing but happiness for this second stay!

A great stay in an amazing place. I can only recommend. The only downside is that the light in the spa didn't work apart from that everything was perfect. The instructions were very clear and the place was easy to access. We'll be happy to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at Anne's place. The house was clean with all the necessary amenities, and located a 10-minute walk from the city centre. We particularly like the outside of the house, which is very nice at this time of year. Although she was unable to welcome us, Anne was very responsive, available and accommodating. We recommend Anne and her house 100% for a stay in the area!

We spent a very pleasant week here. The flat is well located for touring the area and has good amenities in walking distance. The size is good and everything we needed was there. The secure parking was very useful. Sylvain was a great host, very responsive.

Thanks to Pierre and Geraldine who are very responsive and welcoming as well as good advice on nearby activities. The apartment is very clean, modern with everything you need to have a great stay. It's all there! Worthy of a 4-star hotel. It's quiet and peaceful. The view of Angoulême is superb, the terrace and the secure parking are real pluses. The neighborhood is excellent: train station and media library within 5 minutes' walk. Historic centre 15 minutes' walk or a shuttle passes close to the building to take you there for free! Less than 5 minutes away: the river, its natural trail, a very pleasant sports course, the tavern with an excellent atmosphere. You will find all the local services as well as various restaurants and shops all very helpful. Great stay!

Christine was really super nice and hospitable to us. The accommodation nice and clean, very spacious, with a great view and definitely useful for the purpose of our trip. I would absolutely recommend it!
