The cottage is rustic with outdoor toilet and cold/summer water in the kitchen. The cabin does not have a shower/bathtub. In summer, it is possible to rent a sauna at Leppäniemikajen on Seskarö, about 3 km from the cabin. Two nice beaches within 300 meters distance. Seskarö offers a grocery store. 28 km from Seskarö there are the border towns of Haparanda and Torneå which offer shopping and other activities.

Grandma vibe near Aavasaksanvaara near the Swedish border. Well equipped 50's cozy front style house. The house has a pirtti with a well-stocked kitchen, one bedroom, and a sauna department. The sauna section of the house has a chamber with overnight accommodation and a very good wood-burning sauna. The sauna wing was built in the 70s and the surfaces of the sauna and washroom have been renovated in the spring of 2023. Sleeps up to 5 guests. Dog guests are also welcome for an additional fee

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Upon pre-booking, we can offer access to a wood-fired hot tub outdoors and kayak rentals. From Båtskärsnäs, popular boat trips also go out into the archipelago and in the winter we have nice ice and ski trails. Snowshoes, sleds and snowshoes are available to borrow.
