The site is set on a paddock behind the pub. There are coded modern bathrooms just for the guests, and a BBQ zone. Drop into the pub for evening meals and drinks! Secluded High Beacon Cottage is situated on one of the highest points of the Lincolnshire Wolds with amazing views of the rolling Wolds countryside, with Lincoln Cathedral and the coast of Norfolk visible on a clear day. Remote and tucked away down a private lane and surrounded by wide open arable and grazing (sheep) fields, this detached barn conversion is in a great holiday location to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, and a relaxing base from which to explore the area.

You’ll love this charming property, set on an equestrian yard in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails (including The Viking Way), yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.

Church Farm Cottage, Legbourne, Louth

Escape to the country, listen to the birdsong, take in the star studded night sky at our much loved holiday home. A farmhouse with a delightful cottage garden at the end of a quiet lane. At the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Legbourne offers ancient woodlands, two pubs, a village shop, a children’s play area and many countryside walks. Explore the rolling hills of the Wolds, the stunning sandy beaches ,the local market town of Louth, or Cadwell Park which is within 6 miles .

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

The Barn at Barley Corn Cottage, Tetford

The Barn is a self contained annexe to Barley Corn Cottage located in the heart of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Surrounded by many wonderful nature walks and wildlife trails, the property comprises a double bedroom, shower room, kitchen and a comfortable living room containing a full sized double sofabed. The annexe has its own lockable entrance off an atrium where bikes can be stored overnight. Perfect for Walkers, Cyclists and Adventurers alike!! Up to 2 dogs welcome.
