Located on the banks of the Dordogne, it is ideal for family vacations or groups of friends to discover the village of Lamothe Montravel, its history, river, hillsides, and vineyard.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

The property is located: 24 km from St Emilion 6 km from Lake Blasimon 1 hour from Bergerac and Bordeaux 1.5 hours from the Atlantic coast (ocean and Bassin d'Arcachon) Many events in the surrounding area throughout the summer (night markets, local festivals, Battle of Castillon show...).

On three levels, on the ground floor a living room, on the first floor a bathroom with toilet and on the third floor a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, all in a stone and beam environment. A private terrace that rises above the pool with a view of the beautiful park. You will be provided with a remote control for the gate, guaranteeing you complete independence. Optionally, a continental breakfast can be offered and served by the pool.
