Great location for a family get away, quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and the lake.

This place is awesome. Easy walk to a private beach with huge pier on the lake. Tahoe House is an amazing cafe, and a 3 minute walk. The house was clean, back yard was so awesome for the dogs, and the hot tub well kept. Kitchen has everything you need, including a nice espresso machine for homemade lattes to enjoy on the deck. Cant recommend this place enough.

My family and I had the MOST relaxing stay here. We didn’t leave the house! The views from the house were just so breathtaking. And the house itself felt so homey. We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great location/setting on the water. Nice grassy area w/seating above the beach. Its an easy property to immediately feel comfortable in: Kitchen was straight forward to work in and the dinning and living rooms were spacious & relaxed w/nice views. Heater worked well and quietly. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. 5 minutes to Tahoe City (south) and 5 minutes to Cornelian Bay - lots of beaches and parks near by.

This was a great place. I stayed here for 4 nights and was just at peace with the endless view of pine trees in the backyard and lake view from the road ahead by the front of the house. Close to lake, ski/board and groceries and restaurents. 10/10 recommend to anyone. Our dog loved it too!

Clean and comfortable, centrally located and the views are beautiful. We enjoyed the safe and secure parking so close to the unit. This was the perfect home for our group, we had a great stay!

Very cozy place to stay. Fireplace is a plus on the cold weather. The hotel is peaceful and the pier is a great place to see the sunset. There’s a lot of restaurants close by. The room is super clean, linens are good quality and it has a full kitchen. Mark left everything explained before the check in. Would definitely recommend!

This was our favorite stay on our vacation. Wished we stayed longer. We felt like home and had everything we needed. And the location was perfect as well.

Great townhouse at the Tahoe Lake front with amazing view. It was a bit tricky to find at first after parking. Very well stocked house. Kitchen is so nice that it felt like at home. The only thing is the knifes are too dull (even after I tried to sharpen them) :) Safeway and plenty restaurants nearby. It was very easy to figure out what to eat. Jimmy was very responsive, when we accidentally locked outs of the first floor bathroom he came by in 5 minutes with several keys to open it.

Beautiful cottage with plenty of space for big groups. Enjoyed having breakfast with views of the lake!

The beds were uncomfortable and the pool was noisy, but everything else was great. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect—just a 1–2 minute walk to the lake, which is especially convenient when you have kiddos. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, and more. We love Tahoe, and this was a great place stay!

Clean and comfy. Looks exactly like the photos. Easy to check-in and great location. Some spiders running around, but overall worth every penny.

We had a very nice stay. Great location on the lake. Roya was very responsive and helpful.

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

Great location!! Everything in Kings Beach is walkable; restaurants, beach, shops, grocery. Great base location to get around the lake. Condo was perfect. All the amenities we needed for a family of 4. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable home, with great views overlooking the lake. The kitchen was very well appointed and living area and dining comfortable for family gatherings. Walk to kayak and boat launch, large Safeway supermarket 0.3 miles from the home. Host was easy to communicate with and very prompt in responding. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Grateful for this wonderful place!

We visited Jennifer’s place as a family and it was an amazing place to bond. We were waking up to absolutely stunning views of the lake and the mountains. The beach was clean which my family enjoyed a lot. The water was quite cold (it’s January after all) so no bathing in the lake for us. But the hot tub in the master bath was a close second giving incredible views of the lake while sitting in warm water. The pantry was fully loaded - all we had to do was walk across the street to get food and drinks from Safeway and we were all set. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and a better host! Will definitely come visit again.

Nice place with stunning lake view. Kids enjoyed the private beach a lot. The gated community is very quiet and peaceful. We love having dinner with the breathtaking view outside. All three rooms are clean suites with its own bathroom, which is very convenient. It’s definitely a great place that we will come back next time!
