We enjoyed our stay here very much. We did have a little difficulty finding it, but it was rush hour and there was lots of traffic blocking our view. We phoned Mark and he helped us straight away. His communication has been brilliant. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the facilities in the kitchen and bathroom were excellent. Everything you wanted was there. It was exactly as the photos portrayed. I would recommend it for a stay and I cannot praise Mark highly enough.

What a gem we discovered in the Cow Shed. An imaginative conversion with well considered furnishings and quality equipment. Perfect for honeymoon couples.

We stayed here for a week during our cycling trip in Kent and East Sussex. What a great choice! A perfect starting point for beautiful walks and cycling day trips. Also a very quiet and pretty environment to relax. A wonderful courtyard with stunning climbing rose bushes and verbena. Sheep, cattle, chickens and koy fish around, and of course the dogs. The cottage is spacious and has everything you need. It is one of the very few holiday homes we've been with a perfect shower, high quality kitchen equipment, good quality pots and pans in all sizes and numbers, really sharp knives etc. And if you still miss anything, just ask James. We were happy with the provided essential breakfast stuff on arrival. And flowers. James, a perfect host who made us feel very welcome.

Polly's house was everything we had hoped for. We were thrilled when we opened the door and saw the warm welcoming cottage. Polly had left some basic supplies and the accommodation was full of many homely touches We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Polly's cottage.

We stayed here 4 nights. Altho the temperatures outside we quite high it remained really nice and cool inside, which we liked a lot. The garden is really cozy and provides both sun and shadow which makes it a pleasant place to relax. Everything was as described and the flowers and milk provided were welcoming extras. The only criticism we have is that the countertop felt a bit sticky and that the cupboards are quite cluttered and we had to search sometimes to find what we needed. Overal we would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful little spot, has everything you need. Jen went out of her way to make us welcome on arrival with Prosecco, chocolates and even doggie biscuits.

It was so wonderful waking up to the fantastic views across the sea. The accommodation was just as described and we had a lovely time.

What can I say? I stayed for the night as my children had an overnight stay with their Brownies nearby so I thought I’d treat myself to a little getaway I cannot fault my stay, it truly was a wonderful stay. My hosts were very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. My accommodation was spotless! WiFi, Sky with the full package (I don’t even have the full package at my own home) NF & Prime Fridge was stocked with fresh milk, soft drinks & beers Breakfast stuff available also which was very kind of them 2 minutes walk from Tescos, there is also a big shopping centre which is about a 20 minute drive away I really felt at home here, I would 100% stay here again & would also recommend to my friends. Thank you Terry & Lesley you were brilliant hosts

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

We needed somewhere to stay while finding a place to live in London. The flat was excellent and well equipped for our needs. Great place to stay.

We had a great time at Sue’s flat. The decor was super homey , everything was very comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped and the flat was close to the Winnie the Pooh landmarks. Her home made Marmelade is delicious!😋

We had a lovely stay in Tunbridge Wells. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very quick to respond and informative, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips, which made the stay even smoother. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay again.

Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. I rented this flat for family, and they reported very positively. The flat had everything they needed, and was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and it was well equipped. Altogether a positive experience, I had a couple of queries beforehand, and Julian was helpful and quick to reply, and my family may well ask to stay again. Thank you very much.

We had a great time at Steven's place. The view from the living room is great and the place has all the things you need. Everything in the town was accessible by foot. We can definitely recommend it.

Perfect mini break in the charming Pantiles area of Tunbridge Wells. Property was immaculately clean, spacious and non cluttered. Simon was fantastic and check in was simple. The flat felt safe and secure and being a female staying on my own I felt very safe. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare meal. The central location had beautiful restaurants, cafés and bars so there was also the added option of dining out. There is a large Sainsbury's and Lidl near by too which is perfect to do your shopping once you arrive at the property. There is a great bar situated in front of the property and worth a visit. There was a little noise from there and the near by crossing but as I was already aware I brought ear plugs so I had no issues whatsoever with this. The living area is spacious and the bedroom cosy. Linen was fresh and heating worked well considering the old fashioned windows. I had such a fantastic break and would highly recommend to all.

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

Sonia and Philip’s place is a showcase loft apartment for their successful kitchen design business located in the OpenHaus Kitchens studio below. There are many smart design features. The main room is light filled, private, tasteful and comfortable. Although the busy road noise takes some getting used to, the bedroom is restful. Runners & walkers can head towards Bensonshill Wood. Grocery needs are well met by M&S Food at Pease Pottage Services, good coffee at the Woodgate Hub & pub food at the Black Swan. Delicious wood fired pizzas are served from the Pizzacraft van on Saturdays 5-8pm. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the Loft.

Excellent central location. Easy to walk to the beach and into town. Lovely cosy flat very well equipped with everything we needed. Host was very friendly and gave great information and recommendations. Would love to stay here again.
