Welcome to our home! You will enjoy a beautiful view of the Yampa Valley from your private deck and private entrance. This is a one bedroom, one bath, living room, kitchenette (no stove or cooktop) in-law unit on the bottom floor of our home. We are conveniently located between town (15 minute walk) and the mountain. The free on-demand yellow line bus stops right outside our door. Please note: There are outside stairs that must be navigated. We can only accommodate one car as parking is limited.

Several renovations later this is now our cherished home with garden level guest suite. We live and work quietly upstairs and your suite downstairs has a private entrance with keypad.
