Charmante maison du 19è, entièrement rénovée en 2024 avec des matériaux nobles et de qualité. Cette ancienne ferme de 70m2, lumineuse, orientée sud-est, comporte 2 chambres en sous-pente avec parquet et vue sur le jardin, salon salle-à-manger avec poêle à bois et poutres apparentes, 1 salle de bain spacieuse avec douche à l'italienne et murs en pierre, une cuisine toute équipée ainsi qu'une terrasse privative. Le + : RDC accessible pour une personne en fauteuil roulant (cuisine et SDB adaptés).

The small house

Terminé en décembre 2025, ce logement de plain-pied a été entièrement rénové afin de vous accueillir dans des conditions optimales. C'est un lieu paisible, en pleine campagne, au milieu des montagnes noires. Pas de vis à vis afin de garder ce côté reposant: juste deux maison dans le village avec celle-ci. Situé au centre bretagne, c'est le lieu idéal pour découvrir tant côté mer que côté terre. Le bourg est situé à 2km avec tous les commerces de proximité et la voie verte à 2km.

Sea lovers, the nearest beach is located 40 minutes from your house. The central position of the house will allow you to radiate throughout Brittany.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large forest garden. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and hopefully otters and deer. Wake up, take a dip... or grab the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!
