Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun over breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, which features a pond and a BBQ area.

Steyrling is located in a quiet valley and is surrounded by mountains. 5 minutes by car to the reservoir. The Steyrling river flows directly under the house. In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
