The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

Cozy approx. 45 square meter, independent apartment. The mountains, many lakes, the Lech and beautiful excursion destinations (fairy tale forest) are close by. Bathroom with toilet and shower, bedroom, living room, kitchen. High chair, children's travel bed, potty, baby bath are available on request. Toys for small and large children. Lina is a friendly south-east apartment on the 1st floor of our house and has 90sqm, 2 bedrooms, guestclo, bathroom, kitchen and living room with access to its own balcony section overlooking the meandering stream Illach. The pull-out sofa offers another sleeping possibility, which means that Lina can accommodate up to 5 people. The house was rebuilt with local crafts, old templates, sustainable building materials and the latest technology in 2021.

My place is about 33 square meters plus balcony. It is close to the town center and public transport. You will love my place: Bavarian coziness, a comfortable bed (140 x 200), a well-equipped kitchen, the fireplace, a spacious covered balcony, the tranquility, of course the mountains and lakes... My tastefully furnished apartment is a romantic retreat for couples, solo travelers, adventurers and business travelers all year round.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.

Beautiful new building attic apartment "Viktoria"

Beautiful new attic apartment Victoria in the countryside, absolutely quiet, perfect for young (and of course older) couples who want to relax. Due to the location, it is a great hiking and cycling area. By car, you can reach the royal castles of Neuschwanstein or Linderhof in no time (40-60 min.) 1 hour to the Zugspitze ski resorts, etc.
