In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local woods were built completely pollutant-free. A place to let go and breathe deeply. With its own garden and southwest terrace. The vacation home has a large living room with a carpenter kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with a spring core mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with a shower.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Mein Haus befindet sich 3km oberhalb der Stadt Schwaz, 30km östlich von Innsbruck, der Landeshauptstadt von Tirol. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

We have several large terraces, a beautiful garden including a koi pond and two cuddly, easy-care cats (allergy-friendly). Our 120 square meter single-family house is located in a quiet and small settlement on the outskirts of Miesbach. On the upper floor, an open large, bright living room with Swedish stove and small home theater awaits you.

Close to ski resort, lakes, mountains and alpine pastures. Fantastic view of the Wendelstein between Schliersee and Bayrischzell.
