Great place to stay at! Was nice and clean, looked exactly like the photos and had all the ammenities listed. Jordan was very accomodating, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here!!!!

Delwyn and Sara were quick to respond to any communication. They obviously understood families as they supplied extra linen and towels. We appreciated being able to have our family dogs with us, and they had a great time too. We appreciated the offer of a late check out to enjoy the sunshine after an otherwise very wet and blustery stay.

Anna’s place is like a paradise. It is something I could back for more peaceful and quiet surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean spaces with everything you needed if you are not a very organised person. Hehe. Will definitely come back and hopefully I could still possibly book if we can get another chance

Great place for a family especially toddlers, we found the place perfect for older children as well. Definitely would book again!

My friends & I had a marvellous stay. The place was perfect, great views & peaceful surroundings. It was lovely being on the deck, watching the birds & looking out onto Lake Rotoiti. We were there for mountains biking & paddleboarding on the lake. It is 20mins to the mtbike tracks. The instructions & local recommendations were great. If you want a peaceful stay in a fantastic location then this is the place to be. Many thanks to the owner :-)

I had such a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was super convenient, and check-in was smooth and easy. The home and location were great and the home had the space for our family of 8. The dining area was crowded for our crew and we had to find more chairs in the garage so everyone could sit. Overall though It was comfortable. The home is aging, but functional. The backyard was not very inviting, but the front yard felt safe. The little tree swing in front was a nice touch that my kids loved.

Very happy with our stay, handy to town, great for fur babies, excellent shower and comfy sleep had by all.

Perfect location to enjoy all that Rotorua has to offer. We rode our mountain bikes right from the house into the spectacular Whakarewarewa forest. Having access to the garage was very helpful to store and care for our bikes. The house is large and spacious with every amenity we needed. Many great restaurants and shops were a short drive into the center of town. Kate was a great host, we enjoyed our stay very much!

This was our first Airbnb experience, and it was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, comfortable, and just as described. The Lyndon, Annielese and their family were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They went out of their way to accommodate our little extra requests, which we truly appreciated. We had an excellent stay and would happily return in the future. Tamson’s place was perfect for our family (parents, with adult children, their partners, plus dogs). Beautiful big home with space and privacy for everyone. Areas to swim, walk, run or bike around different lakes, private spa to relax in afterwards. Close enough to Rotorua for shopping, but out in beautiful nature and so peaceful. Highly recommend Tamson’s place!

The Redwood Retreat is the most amazing place. It offers everything you could wish for. Everything in this house is thoughtful and well-appointed. We felt right at home and enjoyed our holiday there, even when the weather turned nasty for three days. This house offers the perfect relaxing atmosphere after a day of adventure and activity. Thank you so much for the most beautiful time we had.

The most caring host I’ve ever dealt with on Airbnb, very understanding and kind, this will be the only place I’ll come back to stay at when I’m back with my family in Rotorua, next time my wife will do all the booking ;) lol

This might sound like a bad review but it is not meant as such. It's so future guests aren't surprised. We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The chalet was perfect for a couple. Nice comfy firm bed, good kitchenette and ensuite. The chalet is on the grounds of a Christian camp facility for horse riding. The grounds are expansive. There's a small lake with kayaks for use. There's a pool with cool water and a very warm open air spa. The grounds themselves are lovely but the pool area needs some aesthetic tidying. The pools are clean and good - they just need their floors painted. They're also amongst what seems to be a semi abandoned construction area. But get past that superficial stuff, the pools are fine for purpose. A dawn spa was delightful. The grounds themselves seem to have 500 unfinished DIY projects on the go. The roads around the facility seem to have been through an artillery barrage so if you have a very low profile car, be wary. Despite the above we LOVED staying here. It was hot weather when we stayed and the room was very warm. In fact it could use a plug-in fan to circulate the air a bit. I totally recommend staying here and when I come back to Rotorua I'd definitely stay here again.

Our second stay with Dave and just as easy and enjoyable as the first.

We went on a business trip and decided to extend our stay and make a mini holiday out of it. Once we arrived after numerous meetings, my colleague and I went to check in and it was super easy. Enough towels and we didn't have to share a bed and had both our own space when we were ready to turn in for the night. Large kitchen and two bathrooms, which made getting ready easy as we didn't have to be in each others space at all times. We had a spa and when we raised an issue of the outside heater not working, Dharmen was wonderful and immediatly exchanged it the next morning whilst we were out and about.
