Our place is centrally located close to Jerez, Cadiz, Seville, Gibraltar and Morocco. 45 Sqm, it has a great private ocean view and town view. Centrally located to beach, restaurants and nightlife. You’ll love Rota with its Andalusia charm. The marina is a 5 minute walk with a ferry to Cadiz. And also another beach by the bay. Our place is good for couples, adventurers and Rota base personnel. Free secure parking for small/medium size car. We kindly ask to respect our neighbors. Sorry no pets.

Bonito, agradable, completo, y cerca de todo.

Apartamento nuevo con amplia terraza y todos los servicios. Con piscina y garaje, en un agradable recinto ajardinado. Situado en una zona tranquila con parques y calles arboladas en la zona conocida como Virgen del Mar - Mercadona, ya que esta superficie comercial se halla muy cerca, además de muchos bares y servicios que facilitan cualquier estancia. A 7 minutos caminando de preciosas playa y 15 minutos del centro. Por lo que coger el coche no será necesario para disfrutar de su gastronomía.
