A 19th-century house with a story of its own. Our five private apartments are the perfect place to unwind or step straight into the rhythm of Cádiz. From reading quietly to watching the sunset from the rooftop — this is your space to slow down and feel at home. All apartments overlook Plaza Candelaria and preserve their original 19th-century wooden ceilings, complemented by traditional Moroccan tile floors that add warmth and character. You’ll have access to the entire house, including the rooftop terrace with cozy seating areas — ideal for relaxing in privacy. From middle of the historic old town it takes only a fews minutes walk to cathedral, playa, market hall and railway station. Plaza Candelaria has been a monastery in former times: Built in 1567 but demolished in 1873 with the aim to build a public square. Within just two minutes’ walk, you’ll find grocery stores, several cafés, excellent restaurants and everything you need.

Apartamento renovado recientemente pero conservando todo el encanto de las casas típicas gaditanas. Se han querido compaginar la autenticidad de los detalles originales como las vigas de madera, los suelos hidráulicos, las puertas francesas que dan una luz muy especial al apartamento. Todo ello unido a una cama súper cómoda, una ducha nueva, smart TV, wifi, cafetera nespresso, altavoz por Bluetooth para asegurar el máximo confort, en un lugar con mucho encanto. Casa Mina is a spacious ground floor apartment 50 m2 with an open plan design consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom area with a 150 cm double bed. There is a super comfortable sofa bed for extra guests. The apartment has been recently refurbished and tastefully decorated and is in a quiet street in the most elegant part of the old town. At one end of the street is Plaza Mina and at the other is the leafy green Alameda with sea views across the bay.

El edificio dispone parking privado y servicio de lavandería sin coste adicional. Cocina totalmente equipada, wifi de alta velocidad y climatización. Se encuentra a tan sólo 300 m de la playa ya 150 m del Aparthotel La Espadaña , del cual podrán hacer uso de sus fantásticas instalaciones como piscina o restaurante.
