Carlos was a 10-star host, I recommend this villa 100%. The villa is beautiful and everything is perfect, we found the house very clean, everything perfectly arranged. Carlos gives you some recommendations for the area to visit, he is very friendly, he is available in case you need anything. The outdoor area of the villa is very well maintained, the pool is wonderful and the lawn area with chill-out area is a luxury. The description of the house is totally accurate and even better in person. We had an incredible vacation, we rested a lot, we were able to enjoy a house with all the amenities and with great attention to detail. It is greatly appreciated to find such a well-kept house and that we arrive and everything is ready. To highlight, I had never been anywhere where the towels and sheets are like new and smell great, the comfort of the mattresses is fantastic. It has a great and perfectly prepared barbecue area. Modern and equipped apartment, very central , very comfortable beds, spacious and clean bathrooms Mercedes very accessible, the check in process was very easy and gave us everything we asked for I would definitely go back.

We were two families with children, the house is comfortable and its location is very good to get to know part of Cadiz, which we loved. Susana sent us many recommendations, was pending and quickly resolved a couple of problems that arose from us.

We loved it and we were super comfortable, undoubtedly the happiest one was our dog Fluffy, who enjoyed playing in his garden. Pablo is charming and very attentive at all times. We'll be back without a doubt.

It was very nice and comfortable. The apartment had everything, and with many details , it doesn't lack anything. The only downside that we had a lot of expectations with the beach , and to bathe there is travel ,because that area is the mouth of the Guadalquivir . So there's a lot of stone and mud right on the shore, but it was also interesting because of the birds there .

Our stay at this accomodation was perfect. It was my partner and I and we can't be happier. Everything was as shown in the listing (or even better), the location is exact and we found it very comfortable to move around the area. 10 minutes from the beach by car and with lots of supermarkets nearby. Apartment in the heart of Chiclana, of which its cleanliness and details must be highlighted in addition to the reception and communication that have been unbeatable. We have had a long stay of 6 months at Retama Beach, so I will give a detailed, honest review as we got to know the place very well. We chose to book this rental for our family while we began the process of emigrating to Spain from the UK. The Hosts - Davinia and her husband were very welcoming and friendly, their advice has truely been invaluable for us!! They live next door but are very respectful of guests privacy. They were always there to help us with anything we needed. Fantastic hosts!! The House - The house feels alot bigger in person, compared to the photos, as the ceilings are very high. As a family of 3 and 2 dogs, we had more than enough space to live comfortably during our stay. On first impressions, it is very fresh, bright and clean. The beds are also very comfortable in both rooms. I was concerned about the kitchen after reading past reviews, but I found I was able to cook family meals without a problem, even a Christmas roast dinner with all the trimmings!! It isn't
