Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Roswell

House was cozy . Not clean . But comfortable was good for a quick stay . Neighbor are loud and they’re up all night lots of noise . You will hear the roosters on their back yard loud and early.

Melissa was extremely responsive. We had an issue EARLY the first morning. (Normal home ownership stuff.) She responded at an hour I would not have ever expected her to. She was quick to get it handled so that we were comfortable the rest of our stay. She is a kind, considerate host.

We had great stay, location is in good neighborhood and close to shops, everything what you need is close.

I rented this home for an extended stay (a month), and it was a perfect place to "set up shop" in Roswell. It is SO CLOSE to where I was working downtown that I walked there every day. It's also in a part of town with tons of restaurants, two gyms, the post office, a nice grocery store, all the amenities. The house itself was quite cozy - great king bed, nice linens, comfortable furniture, perfect lighting (esp in the bathroom - YES!). I'm not sure how to even use the thermostat (I didn't touch it), but it was always comfortable indoors when it was chilly or warm outside. This home had everything I needed for a month's stay. Luke and Marga are exceptional hosts - proactive, quick to respond, always answered any questions and above all CARING. They went above and beyond what I imagined AirBNB hosts would do. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.

We had an awesome 2-family stay. We loved the remote privacy and pastoral ranch setting, with the cows, sheep, horses and adorable herding dogs. The lodge-like house was very well appointed with interesting Texas decor and great big kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and chess tables. Our stay was too short, we hope to make it back!

It’s a cozy house near downtown and a nice park. A couple of things about the listing, the bedrooms and bathroom is upstairs. The stairs are on the narrow side and steep. Finally the upstairs has creaky floors and may disturb light sleepers. It is nice little place in Roswell.

Convenient location to restaurants, downtown, and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to main street in Roswell.

Melissa was an excellent host: caring, friendly and accommodating. When a small issue came up she worked fast to get it resolved. She kindly allowed us to extend our stay after the Roswell flood, until we got the basement of our newly-bought house dried out and utilities back on. We are grateful to have stayed in the home of such a nice host, and were very comfortable here. I highly recommend her cozy Airbnb home!

Wonderful experience, we would stay again if we are in the area. The home was the perfect size and very cozy! We went horseback riding and Kim was the perfect tour guide with a deep knowledge of the history of the area. Gave wonderful recommendations for food and helped us out when we were low on gas. The hospitality was top notch. Perfect place to get away!

Comfort was the keyword when describing Karen's home. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the inside of the home was so comfortable. Beds, couches.... We felt right at home. The outside has a nice sitting area under a shaded pergola. I'll be visiting again one day and I hope I can stay here again.
