Das kleine alte Bauernfachwerkhaus liegt in Wimpashof, einem 5 Häuser Ortsteil von Rosstal. Ihr wohnt alleine in dem Haus. Kinder können - auf eigene Gefahr- gerne die Spielgeräte im Garten nutzen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, im Erdgeschoss ist das Wohnzimmer und das Bad mit separater Toilette. Über eine steile Treppe erreicht ihr das Schlafzimmer in dem sich ein Doppelbett und zwei Kinderbetten (ein Hochbett) befinden. Ein Babybett kann bereitgestellt werden. Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

Newly renovated country-style apartment near Playmobil Funpark (9 min.) and Cadolzburg Castle. By car, it is only 30 minutes to the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and one with a bunk bed, which is converted into two beds with high-quality mattresses if necessary. In addition, we also have a crib for families on request. There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is also a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering

Our 86 square meter apartment (new since Feb. 2020) is located on the first floor of a 3 family house in Lind ( district of Zirndorf ) and is fully equipped with laminate flooring and modern furniture . The distance to the Playmobil Funpark is 1.9km. A bus stop is located at the height of the house, and an S-Bahn station is located in the nearest town ( 1,1 km ). In just 15 minutes you can take the S-Bahn to reach Nuremberg's main station and from there easily by metro the Messe Nürnberg.
