charming little duplex offering easy walking access to the city centre and old town, bus stop right next door. A stone's throw from supermarkets, train station and restaurants. 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a toilet with shower, living room and pleasant small balcony. 1 parking space. The apartment is managed as part of the family. There are trinkets, books in the library... as if you were at your grandmother's house. This is not an empty apartment hotel managed by an agency.

Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. A church nearby, but inside you can't hear it, from midnight it doesn't ring anymore. The apartment is very nice, large ,clean, bright and newly furnished.
