Gabriele’s place was much bigger than expected based on photos. Apartment was clean and tidy, with a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us. Good location if you can’t stay in Venice due to car, short walk and train into central Venice. Only thing to note is no lift and quite a few floors of stairs to get up to the apartment. And just to note- electricity turned off half an hour from check out time which not sure was intentional or not, but other than that, great place

A cozy apartment, perfect location in the very center of Venice, with a great balcony and fantastic views. Well-equipped kitchen with beautiful dishes, the hosts also took care of a set of necessary products ( coffee, salt , even olive oil!). Very comfortable and beautiful bathroom. If you don't mind climbing to a high floor, we definitely recommend it!

We had a very nice time at Paolo's, on the Lido. Paolo was very warm and always there to answer questions. He provided us with bicycles and gave us nice tips for excursions or where we could best shop. The location of the apartment was such that we were out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to reach the ferries or the beach at any time. We also enjoyed the outdoor area very much and often ate in the garden. We'd love to come back. Thank you!

Great place to stay! It was our first time in Venice and it was a great location to walk to everything without being in the busy parts. Lovely terrace to enjoy a glass of wine and everything was cleaned and taken care of! Very responsive host and check in guide

We were very satisfied. The house has absolutely all the amenities you can imagine. The spacious pergola right next to the house was great in one word! The only thing missing to perfection was the pool. Katia responded immediately to every message we had, and she resolved each issue right away (nothing critical). The beach can be reached comfortably in 10-15 minutes. We also often used local public transportation (tourist train), which is free of charge. There were few foreigners on the island, we didn't come across Czechs. Most of the cast is made up of Italians, who are incredibly kind and welcoming. We had free access to the aquapark thanks to "golden cards" and we only paid for sun loungers. I definitely recommend staying with Katie and Albarella Island overall, and maybe we'll come back someday. Just be sure to bring repellent, there are a lot of mosquitoes for dinner. The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

Great apartment with directly adjacent swimming facilities behind the garden. The dining option in the covered conservatory was ideal at any time of day with plenty of seating. We used one of the bicycles available, and we took the rest with us, which is highly recommended to explore the island. Leo was also always immediately available when we needed him or had any questions. Our stay was great and we would come back anytime. Thank you again.

We were guests of Tiziana for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is only a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

We felt very comfortable in Paola's apartment. The location in the middle of the old town is simply great! Amazingly quiet, and just around the corner you are in the middle of the cheerful bustle. Supermarket just around the corner, and a great bistro almost directly in front of the house. Also, the wonderful fish market is a two-minute walk away... We cooked very tasty! It was also great that we could store our bikes so well. We were on the beach in ten minutes. Paola was very friendly and always available. We would recommend the apartment at any time. 👍

Elenora was always available, even on Sundays, that was great ! The house itself is absolutely top ! The houses on the left and right next to us were still in the shell. On Sundays, everything was still quiet, then on Monday to Friday it went off left and right with hammering, flexing, drilling, floorboards and formwork boards were relocated, scaffolding parts delivered / picked up in short: If we had been given a note that we were still being built here, we would not have booked. Then came the fiasco with the pool, we had to contact Elenora three times. Every time a mechanic came, the 1st press any buttons and then left, then the system went out again. Then 2 other fitters looked at the pumping plant. Pressed buttons, the pump then ran again, until evening. We then had to contact Elenora again and then the 3rd technician came with spare parts. Build it and then it all went. We always had to be present. For a week, 3 days because of the pool. Not nice.

Very nice apartment, with spacious and well-kept spaces. The house is located in a quiet area, but well connected by public transport: the 13 and 6 take you directly to the centre. Diego, the owner, was always kind and, above all, very helpful. I absolutely recommend it!

The place was wonderful. Every place is about 2 minutes by car. We felt the neighborhood wasn't very friendly. So, apart from the excursions, we weren't anywhere.

We - 4 women - just returned from a 5-night stay here. We loved it. We each had a bedroom of our own, and there was a large living room with a sunny balcony. There was also a balcony off the kitchen, which was very well-equipped. The apartment was spotless and there were plenty of towels, etc. Basically, they had thought of everything we might need. The hosts, Maria and her son, who speaks English, were extremely helpful. They live in the same building but are very unobtrusive, while being available if we needed them. The apartment has its own entrance. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful week at this charming house with our child. The first floor is designed as a well-equipped apartment with access to a terrace and a quaint garden. The location on the island of Lido is ideal: a quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes walk from the vaporetto to Venice, with good restaurants accessible nearby and the beach 15 minutes walk away. A big thank you to Carla and her husband for their warm welcome, availability and valuable advice throughout the stay. We appreciated their responsiveness and kindness. We loved this peaceful break and would definitely recommend this place!

Francesca was incredibly helpful before arriving. We had not visited Venice previously, and her recommendation to take the water taxi in from the airport was exactly what was needed after a long day of travel. She was also quick to communication before and during the stay. A/C was fantastic which was sorely needed during our stay. Location is close to many dining and shopping areas, but off the beaten path. Strongly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Venice in Jessica's apartment. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, comfortable and ideally located to discover the city on foot.
