Apartment holiday rentals in Roslin

Die Wohnung war einfach Klasse. Sehr schön am Fluss gelegen. Restaurants, Einkauf, Bushaltestellen, Meer etc. war alles in nächster Umgebung. Die Wohnung war, obwohl an der Straße gelegen sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Wir haben uns auch sehr über das Welcome Paket mit Kaffee, Tee und Keks gefreut. Die Kommunikation mit Paul war top. Paul hat bei Fragen sehr schnell reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten. Vielen Dank nochmal .

What a wonderful find! Our stay couldn’t have been more straightforward and comfortable and being on the estate was idyllic. Do explore the grounds or you’ll miss out - I think our young girls discovered their enchanted woods! Thank you, Gwen.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. It was truly incredible! The host, James, is genuinely so kind and thoughtful. He always responded quickly and when we got in a pinch, he was proactive and super helpful. The loft is so beautiful - I wish I could live there. It is an easy walk to anything you want to do in the city. It’s close to everything and in a gorgeous part of town. If you’re coming to Edinburgh, you MUST stay here. It is truly breathtaking and exactly as promised online!!

Great location, with easy parking in front of the property. It’s pay and display before 17:00. Scott was super helpful and friendly. With responses super quick. Check in was easy with a lock box. The place is stunning. The photos really didn’t do it justice. Super homey. The location is super nice right on the beach and just a short walk to a shop if anything needed. Would 100% recommend.

We found Darrin's apartment comfortable, clean and very well stocked. The welcome basket was generous and very much appreciated. Lovely garden view out of the kitchen and lounge room windows and although the building is on the main road, Darrin's apartment is at the back on the ground floor and is surprisingly quiet. Penicuik has an interesting history and is a great spot from which to explore the local area and Edinburgh. We took the bus into Edinburgh on two of the days we were there, about 45 minutes, with the bus stop nearby. We would happily come and stay with Darrin again.

We had a great stay at Audrey's place. We stayed there for 3 months and both Audrey and Fergus have been very helpful and kind from the start. We requested an additional workstation and Audrey agreed without any hesitation and had arranged it before our arrival. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay with lovely walks close by. There is a bus service (every 20 minutes) with a 7-minute walk which takes you straight to the Edinburgh city centre. Would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and cosy stay without the hassle of the city. Thank you, Audrey and Fergus!

Property was spotless and very quiet. Frequent bus service only a few seconds walk which made the city very accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a really handy space for a quick stop in Edinburgh. It’s incredibly central and I was always only 20/25 mins to where I needed to be (on foot). The space is immaculately clean and tidy. I’d definitely stay again, ideal for short trips.

Ideal location for a break away. The flat, located in a quiet street, is spacious and comfortable. Just a short walk into the City with multiple restaurants, shops and bars, plus of course the stunning Abbey and its grounds. Live Music venues visited included PJ Molloys, Alhambra Theatre, etc. The small garden at the rear was an absolute delight and felt so peaceful with just the sound of birds tweeting in the evening. Bliss! The kitchen was very well equipped with all modern conveniences, including a full oven and hob, as well as a washing machine, digital kettle, and microwave. All stylish too. We loved staying there, and would very much like to return in future.

It was a really cozy place, enjoyed my stay a lot. There’s a bus stop right outside the bnb so it’s easy to get to the city centre and back. Ted was an amazing host and very responsive, helping me settle in really quick. 10/10 would stay here again.

We would highly recommend this place for couples. it is located a little way out of the town so a car is needed. The apartment is very spacious clean and well appointed. We were very warm and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and we enjoyed the peaceful surrounds of farm lands.

We stayed for a wedding with our son and my parents. The house was even nicer than the photos and in a great location to walk into the city. The children's toys were a lovely touch and our 1 year old loved playing with them. Zoe was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Vinay's apartment. The location is ideal, as it's a bit outside of the city centre, but only a short drive away, and the bus stop is also very close by. Beautifully decorated and cosy, and we felt at home. All the extra little touches like milk, granola, etc was thoughtful and hugely appreciated. It was very clean and all the amenities we could need. I would highly recommend staying here.

Flat was spotlessly clean, everything that you need and Marc was very easy to deal with. Only recommendation I would make is that the mattress could do with being upgraded. Everything else was perfect 👌

Sarah was on hand to welcome me and provide all the information I needed. The apartment is clean and comfortable, close to the village centre and just a few yards from the Tweed Valley Railway Path. The extra towels in the hallway were a nice touch and really useful after a very wet day on Saturday.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

The Secret Orchard is a substantial, historic building. Fabulous inside, with modern fitting but still retaining many of the original features. Very comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the garden (Matt's tomatoes made me jealous). My wife thought the chickens, running free, were gorgeous.

Martin and Charul's home is wonderful! Truly a historic, beautiful home. You can stay for one day or a month and feel at home immediately. We stayed with young children and the toy and book collection was amazing for giving us some time to relax while they played! Note that the stairs are steep, so those were a bit challenging for the kids. Definitely doable! We would stay again!

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!

Perfect location! Right in the middle of everything and getting around is easy. The place was everything I needed, very comfortable. Loved the bed, best sleep I had since starting my trip 3 weeks ago!
