Limitrophe du Tarn et l'Aveyron, des paysages magnifiques à découvrir, des chemins de randonnées tout proches, de nombreuses balades sur la journée vers la montagne, la mer à 1h, les lacs à 30 minutes et de nombreuses animations aux alentours.

Set in the vineyards of the Haut Languedoc National Park, the medieval hamlet of Soumartre is an oasis of peace. Overlooking a beautiful wooded valley, this charming and characterful 17th century rural retreat has been renovated to provide a lovely holiday home. There's plenty of wild swimming in rivers and lakes, with the beach 30 mins away. Excellent dining and shops in nearby villages and towns. Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . Free parking for your vehicle 10 metres away (motorcycle garage) Line B bus to the city centre nearby. A 32-inch TV is available for you to use in the studio.

This cottage is very warm and spacious, in a closed and wooded plot of 2000 m², with great views of the surrounding mountains. It is adorned with wood like a chalet, with its bar and an open fireplace that makes it very friendly and welcoming. It consists of 4 rooms, living room/kitchen/dining room, 1 main bedroom, + 1 extra bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. We offer this 65 m2 18th century stone house located in the heart of the old hamlet of Frangouille and whose exterior is decorated with sculptures. The hamlet, backed by woods and the Orb Mountains, is located in the upper Orb Valley. The house, filled with travel memories, is located in a very quiet area. Guests can take advantage of its covered terrace, facing south, the garden and we provide African huts (30 m² annex) located in the garden.
