Located in a hamlet in a cul-de-sac with no traffic (Cours-le-Haut), a place of absolute calm, ideal for hikers from the door, observe wildlife (mouflons, butterflies, birds of prey) and reconnect with the essentials. Shaded terrace, books available, Wi-Fi, river below... a real haven of peace!☮️

Chic Southern French Retreat, Pool, Views, Nature

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

This 24 m2 studio on the ground floor of a villa with independent entrance and private parking is located in a small hamlet of the Hauts Cantons of Hérault. Very quiet and surrounded by greenery, it enjoys exceptional views of the valley. 10 min (6 km) from Lamalou-les-Bains (spa town), this accommodation, suitable for people with reduced mobility, is ideal for spa guests. Also 15 minutes from the Monts de l'Espinouse, hiking or mountain biking enthusiasts will find their happiness.

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . In the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, in the Jaur valley, close to the PassaPaïs greenway and the Caroux massif, the "Paillet des Artistes" is a charming cottage renovated with taste and comfort. You will find here the calm away from the noises of the city... We welcome you all year round with a wood burning stove for winter! The Caroux Cocoon

Small cozy nest freshly renovated at the foot of the Caroux, in the hamlet of La Coste on the heights of Mons la Trivalle. Access to a cellar for your bikes. Ideally located for hikers or for a quiet stay. The Gorges d'Héric are accessible within a 15-minute walk by a mountainside trail. No pets are allowed, the accommodation remains modest in size and with parquet flooring. Bed linen (190 x 140) and bath towels can be provided upon request.

NEW: We have just equipped the cottage with central air conditioning. This cottage is very spacious, in an enclosed and wooded plot of 2000m², with superb views of the surrounding mountains. I invite you to look at all the photos, so you will visit this 50m² gite and discover some surrounding landscapes. The cottage consists of 2 rooms, a living room and a fitted kitchen, then a very spacious bedroom with an ensuite, toilet and bathroom.

Charming 17 m2 studio on the 1st floor of a quiet, secure residence with free parking. Ideally located 10 min walk to the thermal baths and the city center. The studio is fully equipped. It has a 2-seater sofa bed and a single bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, 2 coffee makers, kettle and toaster. Plus, there's a TV and Wi-Fi. Laundry facilities are also available in the residence.
