This beautiful old vineyard house was built in the 18th century. My parents bought it in 1995 and, with a historical architect and much love, restored it to its original beauty. It has a beautiful covered terrace with sunlight all throughout the day, a big pool with pool house, comfortable lounging areas throughout, an orchard, a bamboo garden, a petanque pit and a charming courtyard. It's the perfect French countryside retreat, in midst the vineyards. Wine tasting is just five mins away!

Our beautiful region has many advantages and outdoor activities (hiking, fishing, swimming, mushrooms, mountain biking, caving, canoeing...), but also exceptional sites: Gorges de l'Ardèche, Aven d'Orgnac, Grotte Chauvet... many farmers' markets in Joyeuse and in the small typical villages surrounding it. Swimming on site and in the surrounding rivers (Beaume, Drobie, Chassezac, Ardèche). All shops within walking distance and easy and free parking nearby.

Upstairs: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a 140 cm sofa bed, a bathroom and separate toilet.

Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.
