The stay was perfect for a work trip with a colleague. Seamless experience. Could walk to a few good restaurants. Host was awesome.

neighborhood is close to lots of great spots to hang out. Ryan was an exceptional host.

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

We were able to check in early. Safe, nice neighborhood. Liked the air flow (breeze) with all windows and balcony door open. Will stay again next time we are in West Sac.

Very comfortable stay. Secure because it is gated. Responsive host. Lot of restaurants nearby. Easy access to places. I would stay here again. The unit does not have a washer and dryer. Deborah suggested using her housekeeper to do laundry for a small fee. I did not have the need, but it was good to know someone was available. The internet download speeds are too slow ( 6 mbs compared to the average of 300 mbs for most Wi-Fi services. Deborah is aware and is addressing the issue. Finally, my only regret is that I did not get enough time to play with Lola, her delightful yellow lab. She is adorable.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

My husband and I had stayed at Cynthia's place several times before and always had a great experience. As I was traveling to the area by myself for the first time, I was happy to see that her place was available for the dates I needed for my grandson's high school graduation party. Cynthia is a great communicator both before and during the stay. This has always been may experience with her. I feel like she is an old friend now. I appreciate the snacks and well stocked coffee/tea station. My little dog and I had a great stay. Thank you, Cynthia! I will definitely be back!

Love how minimalist and modern it is, especially with the natural lighting. The kitchen has these push-in drawers which helped me flow when in Chef mode lol. The location is great being beside the freeway as well. I walked my dog during the day to some small grass patches, and there’s a park down the road. Yuriy was a great host as well. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us.

Good location in walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. Functional space which served our purpose.

Saturday was pretty noisy. But over all good location, clean.

This was a wonderful location. We walked to several restaurants, shops and sat by the fire. We would absolutely recommend Dawn & Dans place. We hope to return soon to the area and hope to stay here again. The 2bedroom 1bath is much larger than expected. The shower, beds and kitchen are well stocked and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to call home for the 3 nights we stayed in Auburn. Thank you.

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

Really happy with my stay in the F Apartments. Every single detail there has been thought to cover any need you might have, and you can see from the first minute that the hosts have taken care of you even before the arrival; the decoration, the cleaning, the comfort ... Everything has been perfect. And when it has not ( been there for 3 weeks), Luis and Rob have been super quick and have had an exquisite attention. I was super confident on them and both Robert and Luis have shown to be extremely kind hosts.

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

Such a great location! We loved having the close-in downtown location with an easy walk to Old Town Sacramento! The secured garage parking gave us peace of mind, and the condo was very cozy. We didn’t utilize the pool and spa during our stay, but it looked pretty amazing. Wish we had more time to spend there!

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Our stay (3 ladies weekend wine tasting getaway) was wonderful. The front of the Shopkeepers Cottage was very unassuming when we parked in front of the the old green storefront. The walk down the hallway did not reveal any secrets of what laid ahead. When we unlocked the actual door to the residence we were amazed as we saw a lovely private and tastefully decorated French country home away from home . The place was very clean and large. Both bedrooms were huge and tastefully decorated. This place is centrally located and well appointed. The kitchen was very nice and had every pot and pan required to cook if you are so inclined to do so. Communication via text was easy if we had a question and was cheerfully answered. This was not our first visit to Amador City but our first stay at this Airbnb. We would definitely recommend staying here on your visit to wine country.
