Entire house with 2 floors spacious and bright with lots of exterior and just 7 minutes walk from the beach of the village, old town and area of bars and restaurants. Just a short walk to the lovely promenade that leads to Empúries. In front of the house, there’s the municipal gym, which has an indoor swimming pool, and right next to it, there’s the tennis and padel tennis club, where you can hire a court to play. Our spacious villa, with a large private pool, an outdoor shower and many green outdoor terraces, is in a central yet idyllic location. There is also a barbecue area with Mediterranean-style seating. A place to feel good, artistically designed, with plenty of space and its own atmosphere. The Pyrenees on one side and the Mediterranean on the other. The villa is 3 km from the beach, The town of Rosas is 3 km away and Cadaques is 10 km away.

This elegant property is a shared space with CARMINA, painter and owner She and her husband André, reside in the farmhouse in front of the pool which also houses the art gallery and painting studio The pool and the surrounding grounds are common areas The large Spanish hacienda-style house with its terraced, sunny and shaded terraces has recently undergone a makeover. This 500 m2 leisure space with its 5 bedrooms is yours! All welcome!

The patio house

The property consists of two independent dwellings on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, which is exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open-plan space and two private terraces. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, part of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
