It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a small town of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with terrace exit with barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. Downstairs: the private mini pool to cool off. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the River La Muga.

Ideal for couples and families, to disconnect and spend a few quiet and relaxing days, or to work remotely. Sleeps 6 but ideal 4, two bedrooms are loft type. Very well lit, it is oriented to the south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and no way out, only used by neighbors.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

Charming house with sea views. Situated in a quiet location with a garden-an ideal place to relax. A 5 minute walk from the centre of Begur and 10 minutes from the beach. Alternatively it's a 2 minute drive to the beach or there's a bus service that stops just outside the property, which costs 1'5€. (from june to September 11th) The house is situated in a quiet area which is ideal for both couples and families.

From the house you can go on long bike tours, or go sightseeing by car or train; so you can visit emblematic municipalities less than an hour away: Girona, Olot (volcanoes and La Fageda), Cadaqués, the Dalí route, Tossa, Pals, Besalú, Peratellada...
