Monthly Rentals in Rosedale, Old Toronto

It's a great place, with stunning views! The location is great with access to many TCC stations, but many homeless people are nearby. Getting to the parking wasn't clear and it could have been cleaner. Overall, I would recommend staying there and enjoying the area.

Nice place with a great open view from the windows. A lot of objects to refocus your eyes on, -- for example, during breaks from the remote work on a laptop. Even some bird of prey could be sighted a few times soaring at about the height of the apartment and below. The host is friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

Jennifer was very communicative throughout my stay, promptly addressing any questions I had and providing timely updates when needed. Checking into the unit was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions. The unit itself is modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a hassle-free stay. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Bloor-Yonge subway station. Plus, the neighborhood felt safe, so security was never a concern. Highly recommend!

The apartment is at a great location, and makes it really easy to travel being right next to the Bloor Yonge station. It is also very spacious and well maintained. There were some minor maintenance issues during my stay that Randy was quick to address. The apartment is well equipped for long term stays. The WiFi works reliably, and the kitchen is moderately equipped. The bathroom is spacious and modern. The apartment is well ventilated with a nice porch and a balcony.
