A tranquil house in a lovely quiet street. Updated with a modern beach feel and comfortable furnishings throughout. An ideal location being a 12 minute walk (1.2km) to the beach, pier, & the fantastic Rosebud children's playground, and 5 minute walk to the RSL. A very safe and secure neighbourhood. The gate and carport has a lock so the large backyard is very secure for families. Please please ensure you read all notes to avoid disappointment before enquiring for a booking.
