On the day of your arrival, this little cocoon will welcome you between 5pm and 11:30pm (or even from 2pm depending on availability). You will enter independently thanks to a procedure that I will send you around 3 p.m. (in pdf by WhatsApp or in photo by SMS). I will of course remain available at that time if you have any questions or concerns, as well as throughout the stay. On your checkout date, you can leave the property until 12:30 p.m. at the latest. Instructions will be noted on the front door.

Nature lovers will find their happiness in the 45 m2 COSMOS house on the edge of the forest. You will enjoy the calm and greenery 14 km north/east of Toulouse. The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

Elle est située à l'union, à seulement 15 min du centre ville de Toulouse en voiture, et 45 min en bus/métro (arrêt en face la maison). Draps et linge de bain fournis. Lit 120x190cm. Équipé de la Wifi, TV, micro-ondes, bouilloire, vaisselle, mini frigo. Climatisation. PAS de cuisine. Non fumeur (cendrier à l exterieur). PAS de visite.

Independent accommodation with garden views

Our single-story accommodation is located in a quiet area close to village amenities. Easy access by car: 20 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac airport, 20 minutes from the historic center of Toulouse, 40 minutes from Albi, 10 minutes from the Buzet-sur-Tarn golf course, the Plamola. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning. It has a separate entrance with free parking spaces and access to the garden with garden furniture (a table and two chairs as well as two deckchairs).

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Just 13 km from Toulouse city center, this 50 m2 accommodation is located in the heart of the pretty village of Lapeyrouse Fossat in front of its castle. With its central location, enjoy village life, its bowling alley and its friendly restaurant 2 steps from the apartment or the small playground in the square. All shops and services are within walking distance (bakery, butcher, Pauline's farm, pharmacy, etc.) A supermarket (Carrefour Market) is open 7 days a week.
