We had a great stay at this well-located apartment. It’s right across from the beach with lovely sea views, and there are several quiet coves nearby with clear water — ideal for swimming. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning was very helpful during the heat, and private parking made things easy. The train station is just a short walk away, with Cannes less than 30 minutes by train — perfect for day trips. Overall, a very convenient and relaxing place to stay. We’d definitely return.

Me and my husband had an awesome stay in Laurent’s place . He came right away when I called him that we arrived . I his instructions were perfect .. the place was quiet , private snd near to all like stores , restaurant and etc. we were happy and satisfied with the money we paid for renting the place.. I will surely recommend the place to My friends and relatives .

Excellent 2 bed apartment right on a small and quiet beech, roughly 15-20 minute walk to St Tropez centre. Great sushi place right across the road, balcony has great view right around the Golfe of St Tropez.

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Great spot and apartment with a lovely cute balcony. If you get the chance to stay here in Antibes (in the old town with no cars), make sure to hit up Jeanne. Amazing natural wine bar and one of our fave dinner spots during our trip. Andrea & Manuel were super pleasant and we really appreciated the flexible check-in with our train delay! No complaints! Absolute stunning apartment with beautiful sea views. Steps away from the beach, restaurants and bars. Sainte Maxime is a beautiful place and is only a short ferry ride from the beach over to St Tropez.

Wow, Wow, Wow....fantastic stay at this beautiful and cosy apartment. Beautiful high standard decor, everything works well, hot water, electric blinds etc. really well equipped too. Its in the heart of Antibes about 15 min walk from the train station on flat wide pavements. The balcony is spacious and has a wonderfully view of the sea. There is plenty of room for the 2 x sun loungers if you just want to chill and top up the tan. Great communication and welcome from Chloe on arrival who told us all we needed to know about the property and the area. Highly recommended

We found the accommodation very good, it is a bit like "behind the mountains, with the 7 dwarfs.." and so everything was: fairytale, enchanting. Everywhere it smelled great of broom, jasmine, etc. For us mountain bikers, it is a paradise, but also for hikers - and if you like, you can quickly reach the hustle and bustle of Cannes, Fréjus, Nice, etc. by car. The small town of Les Adrets de l'Esterel has everything you need. We will be happy to come back.

Once again a wonderful stay hosted by Pierre and Dom having stayed previously at another of their properties. A small miscommunication was encountered upon arrival but the speed in rectifying this was exemplary. Everything in the house was as described and peace and tranquility of the location was outstanding and it was a beautiful place to unwind. I look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Thank you for your hospitality and offering a sumptuous slice of escape in this ever maddening world.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Nice house, benefiting from a very good location. The garden, the swimming pool as well as the terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the wooded landscapes of the Valmer cross are particularly exotic and allow you to feel immediately on vacation. Very invested host and eager to offer the best stay to her tenants.

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

We have stayed in many different properties in France and this by far is our favourite and by far the most beautifully refurbished. The communication from Elodie and Kevin was fantastic and helpful . Check in was easy . The property was amazing . So Clean , so well equipped and so tasteful. We loved everything about it . Elodie and Kevin have thought about everything . I cannot recommend this property highly enough . My only concern about recommending it is that when I want to come back it will be fully booked . Thank you so much Kevin & Elodie we will be back . I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Philippe was an amazing host. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The studio is directly across the street from the beach, with an amazing view of the Gulf of St Tropez. The location of the studio was excellent as well, within walking distance of wonderful shops and restaurants and the ferry to St Tropez. A convenience store is two doors down, and a full supermarket a 5 minute walk. We stumbled upon a farmers market one day downtown and had some of the best cheese we’ve ever had. The space itself is as advertised. We spent our mornings overlooking the beach from the huge windows. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. One thing to not miss is the AMAZING water pressure and temperature in the shower, which we are not used to traveling through Europe. As others have mentioned, be prepared for the four story walk up to the apartment. But if you’re out all day like us it’s not a huge deal. Will come again. Thanks Philippe!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 weeks in Gigaro. Thibault is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment matches the description and is great for 2 persons. The outdoor space is a highlight. All this just 500m from the beach, a grocery store and some pretty good restaurants.

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here
